As a person shopping on line in Australia I was quite dubious about buying items from overseas. My experience with Cutlery and More has been nothing short of astounding.
Cutlery and More were able to pick, pack and send my knife sharpeners from the US and have them cleared by customs in Australia faster than our postal service could ship the same item across Australia (3 days and 6 Days respectively).
Cutlery an More's method of emailing shipping costs and then waiting for confirmation worked flawlessly.
I was unfortunate enough to receive one item with a manufacturing fault. My email query was answered in less than 12 hours, which is unbelievable considering the time zone differences.
The solution offered was both generous and unexpected. It left me flabbergasted. The level of customer service is brilliant and their commitment to customer satisfaction unquestionable.
It is difficult to imagine how Cutlery and More could improve any aspect of their operation.
Anyone can shop with Cutlery and More with complete confidence.

Easy to find my 16 qt stock pot in the online store. Stock pot was on sale at a fabulous price; so bought it. It arrived quickly, and was well-packaged. The pot is beautiful and will be used a lot. I love the All Clad products. Many thanks. Will certainly shop at Cutlery and More again.

Customer service reps very efficient & friendly. Unfortunately, my credit card was billed twice for my purchase. Customer service rep was able to help with a refund over the phone. I initially tried to purchase over the internet using my credit card, but received an e-mail saying my card # was incorrect. I then phoned the credit card # in with one of your reps. My only concern was that it did go through initially and unless I had checked by credit card statement, I would have paid twice for this purchase.
