Recently I began a search for a an HDTV as well as a HD DirectTV receiver and Dish. After a very disappointing transaction with DirectTV I returned to your site where I ordered the items I needed with virtually no problems and received the items within a few days. Everything was as advertised and service couldn't have been any better. Add to that the fact that you previously had answered several questions relating to the purchase that had steered me in the right direction. Regrettably I ended up purchasing the TV from another source but that was done mainly for my convenience as your products and prices were competitive. Rest assured that your web site will be my first stop when I again purchase any electronic gear.

This was the forth mobile audio purchase I have made from Crutchfield and I am extremely pleased not only with the electronics I have received from them but also in their costomer service. I ordered a 42 inch plasma TV on Friday and it was shipped on Monday. I received it 9 days later on Eagle Freight. The delivery men unpacked the TV and set it up for me.
After I ordered the TV on-line, a representative from Crutchfield called me to confirm. There was no mention of warranties, accessories, or any other "add-ons". The representative was very knowledgeable and helpful. The price I paid, $2299, was competitive and there was no sales tax or shipping charges.
The entire experience was pleasant and if the opportunity presents itself, I will definitely return to Crutchfield.
