Crutchfield is a little more expensive than other online merchants. However, I am willing to pay a few dollars more to order from this company. They have extremely helpful representatives available immediately for selection, support etc. The product shipped the day I made my order and arrived the next day in perfect condition. I am confident that if there were a problem they would remedy the situation immediately. Will buy from them for all my electronic needs.

Always first class service and high end product selection at reasonable prices. I picked up these headphones while out shopping locally. I had read reviews online and then came across them. Purchased somewhat on impulse. I came home and did a quick search to see if I could find them cheaper. Crutchfield had them $28 cheaper even with shipping. Needless to say I placed the order and returned the ones I purchased earlier in the day.

Haven't received the product yet. Crutchfield informed me that I would receive the product in 5-6 days, however, upon tracking the item with UPS the projected delivery date was December 5. Had I known this I would have gotten a shipping upgrade.

I only purchased one item at Crutchfield and I am happy with the experience. I had to call to verify if it was me who placed an order and i thought that it was great that Crutchfield does this. Also the person that i talked to was very friendly and courteous. I still don't have my TV hooked up, I am waiting for the cable company to come over in few days, but I hope that it will be a good quality TV. I have not yet received my order. I was quoted 5 to six business days and am still within that time window. I have received a shipping notice that the order has been shipped. I could better rate them after I receive the product! I based my merchant rating on past experience and usability of the website.

Crutchfield was a breath of fresh air in buying off the internet. The service was excellent and they honored there 30 day price reduction guarantee with both products purchased. They were higher than other internet stores for the same products, but after review of customer responses for those stores, I decided to spend the extra money with Crutchfield based on their excellent customer reviews and preventing wasting my time dealing with anomalies from others.
