I JUST PURCHASED TWO 12' ALPINE SUBS TYPE E FOR MY MAZDA PROTEGE 2000 AND HOOKED IT UP WITH AN ALPINE MRP-M500. IT SOUNDS AMAZING. Very good, first time I have purchased from them because of their very high prices. This shopping experience was spectacular, but will probably do limited business in the future because of price. They had prompt delivery, well packaged product, and a great on line shopping experience. I have found a number of on-line vendors that offer these attributes and far better pricing for the same products. This purchase was different because their value add was worth the price premium. I did not have to research all the additional components and instructions needed for installation. Hope that helps

Shoping at Crutchfield is always a pleasure. Given the selection, product presentation and reviews it is very hard to purchase anything that is of low quality or performs poorly. I ordered a 58" Plasma TV on a Friday and it was delivered in perfect condition on the following Wednesday!

Crutchfield always provides honest detailed descriptions of their products at competitive prices. I always compare prices with other companies and have found lower prices but when I calculate the taxes and shipping; crutchfield's total prices always comes out cheaper. I've never been disappointed by pruducts purchased from Crutchfield.com.

I had to call tech support twice to learn there was an important installation sheet available to explain how to remove and install the speakers in my specific vehicle. This info sheet should have been included when the speakers shipped. As it is, my vehicle was damaged and I wasted several hours. I'm unhappy.

The only complaint I have with Crutchfield is one of their financing options - Sony Financial. I have had trouble with Sony regarding incorrect calculations of available credit, etc. Crutchfield has been helpful in intermediating with Sony, but the issue is not yet resolved.

I can't say enough how satisified I am with this company.  They offer great products at reasonable prices.  Free expert advice, and great customer service.  And get this, I bought some car speakers from them.  Installed them and wasn't fully satisfied with the sound (they were pretty cheap, so I didn't expect much anyway).  I left a customer review of the product on their website saying that the sound quality wasn't that great.  The next day, Crutchfield contacted me asking if I wanted to return them and get something else.  ARE YOU KIDDING ME?  What kind of company does that.  Blew my mind.  I would shop here again in a heartbeat.  Wish all companies were like this.
