As always the service at Crutchfield was excellent. I used to have problems with using a different shipping (gifts) and billing address with my Amex but apparently the verification process is much better and the order was executed withour a glitch. I ordered next day air service by 3:00 p.m (UPS) and received the order the next day without a hitch (they even let me know that there would be a slight delay because of bad weather.
