The customer service is unbelievably good at Crutchfield. There is always customer service staff available to help, they are nice people. I was unsure if I had purchased the right model TV, they discussed the options with me and didn't mind at all if I wanted to change the order. However I kept the original order and am very pleased with the TV. The price was the lowest around for my TV. They are really striving to take care of customers. I will look to them for my next component purchase.

They were very helpful. One item that was on backorder and shipped late than the other items was not going to get to my house until Monday, but when I spoke with them they were able to change the order to overnight shipping free of charge.

I've used Crutchfield before and given friends the referal code. There is no obvious place to put this on the web page and I've never gotten any $20 DISCOUNTS on my orders. If your going to offer this you need to make it obvious on your order form, or else it's just a sham.

As always, Crutchfield as a company excels at knowing the products they sell. I frequently use Crutchfield to do research for home/car electronics. I have never made a purchase until this one as the pricing is typically above what else can be found online. The specific product I was looking for was available only at Crutchfield and one other vendor. The decision was a no brainer. I will certainly be more inclined to purchase from Crutchfield in the future because of this experience. WYSIWYG. I know if I have a return or issue with my product, it will be much easier to work with Crutchfield than any of the bargain basement vendors that may or may not stand behind the products they sell.
