I found the web site confusing, and had I not called and spoken to someone at Crutchfield, I would have ordered the wrong radio and the wrong installation equipment. As it was, I had to buy tools and additional supplies that I could have bought from Crutchfield.

great customer service! unfortunately I received a defective product. the upside to this is the excellent return and replacement policy. they send me the new one first then i return the old one in the box they sent the new one in. rapid turn-around time. next day product was reshipped. i would highly reccomend crutchfield to everyone. all aspects of ordering process were excellent.

The product box was severly damaged!In addition to the six of eight corners of styrafoam that were broken inside the box it's hard to believe the unit was in good working order.This item should have been double boxed to protect it.

In a word - Excellent! The initial conversation about what would best suit my intersts took well over an hour, and was handled politely, knowledgably, and in no rush at all. Subsequent converations - placing the order, some follow up, clarification, and return of some items - were all just as positive. Credits for the returned items were issued as fast as humanly (or electronically) possible. This has been my best shopping experience in a long, long time. Crutchfield does what they say and write that they will do. Amazing! If the rest of the business world operated as Crutchfield does, there never would have been a recession.
