Shopping at crutchfield was a breeze. I mean their autofit program is really helpful in narrowing down the list of products to the ones that will actually work in your car. The only gripe is that they dont tag on credits from their own website, you have to go to partner websites to get any sort of discounts or credits which I feel is counter productive. If you are going to get a credit or discount, cruthfield is better providing that on their ownwebsite, also they dont price match. I really liked the website and the way things are arranged are pretty intutive. Ajith

Items were easy to find and they offered adapters that would fit my car whichnis 15 years old. Clay was very helpful. I installed the speakers myself following the directions that were supplied. The keyless entry will be installed by a professional at a later date.

All good except plastic adapter frame you supplied to house radio in Pontiac Vibe required some tabs to be relocated to allow final trim piece (from original auto) to fit over radio.

I have had very good experiences shopping with Crutchfield, this last purchase, however, the television that I bought was damaged, I did report the problem and was told I would be receiving a replacement and hope there won't be any problems with the replacement, otherwise I have been very happy with all my experiences.

I placed the order with Crutchfield because I had ordered product from them in the past. The only issue with the order was that the shipping box was damaged and I was concerned that the merchandise was damaged, but it was not. Otherwise, the overall experience was professional. As for continued shopping experience, as long as their prices are competitive, I will continue to shop at Crutchefield.

We ordered a $1500 plasma TV. Because it was a gift, we didn't open the box until the day after it was delivered. When we did open the box, we found that the glass on the TV was shattered. Crutchfield shipped a replacement that day and it was delivered via freight 3 buisiness days later in perfect condition. Their customer service is excellent.
