I did bot need to use an advisor for this purchase. The on-line experience was good (excellent once I had located the device I needed, bur that was a little "hidden"). The order was despatched within 2 hours of my placing it, which was exceptional and arrived very promptly. So far, good experience. My only complaint is that they advertised 1-3 day shipping, and today is the 4th business day since my order and I still have not received shipment. That may be the carrier's fault, however. They ran a sale a couple days after my order and one of the items was on sale. I called Crutchfield and they credited my card immediately.
