So far, good experience. My only complaint is that they advertised 1-3 day shipping, and today is the 4th business day since my order and I still have not received shipment. That may be the carrier's fault, however. They ran a sale a couple days after my order and one of the items was on sale. I called Crutchfield and they credited my card immediately.
