I have never had a bad experience with Crucial, i just go to there web site match up the ram that works with the motherboard i am working on at that time, order it, and it is at my house. It really takes one to two days depending how quick i need it. There prices are competitive and there products are excellent. There warranty is the best also.So if it is ram memory of any type for any type PC, or a video card then the place to go is Crucial Technology online store. I have used them numerous times and never a mix up or mess up. So if your memory is failing or your PC is slowing down, don't forget it is crucial to get more ram, and the best place is Crucial Technology online store.

Got this memory originally from Bestbuy for my last laptop. This time I went straight to the website and got half a gig of memory. The online search tool to find the right memory was easy to use for my laptop. Works great, got a great refund too. It was the cheapest I could find. And simple to order. Love this site.

I work for an IT department at university and use Crucial to order memory upgrades for our computers. They make it easy to determine what type of memory you need by simply knowing what make and model computer you have. The order arrives within a couple days (I use the free shipping) and it is complete and accurate. I don't know of a better place to order memory.

Purchased memory from Crucial on several different occasions for a bunch of Dell Dimension 4600s. Not paying attention on my last order, I bought ECC by mistake and it didn't work. I called Crucial and explained what I had done and just like that they let me return it and sent me non-ECC. Worked like a charm.

Crucial's sales and support staff were great and the memory arrived very fast on all orders I've placed with them so far. (about 4 orders now) A+ for Crucial. I wont buy memory from anyone but Crucial from now on. Great service and great products.

Best price, quality and immediate shipping I've experienced! I have gotten Crucial RAM for two laptops by DELL, one desktop by HP, and my Brother HL 5040 laser printer. I have never been disappointed. Flash memory also as well as accessories, eg, a card reader. Shipping was speedy and packaging-very protective. I highly recommend them.

I wouldn't order RAM from anywhere else! I have been ordering RAM for several years from of many brands, and the only Crucial Technologies RAM to have ever gone bad, the computer was struck by lightning. I wish I could say the same for any other brand I have used. I don't overclock any computers, but drop in performance is better with Crucial than many competitors RAM.

I've used Crucial 3 times now. Each time it's been a joy. Their website guides you through the memory selection process really easily, whether its for a motherboard, or a ready-assembled system.
The delivery is always super fast, and the boxes with the memory in are extremely sturdy, heavy-grade cardboard.
All three times I've used them, the memory turned up 2 days later and worked perfectly.

I've just bought a 512MB DDR RAM SODIMM memory module for my laptop. The memory module started to work without any problem. The service has been perfect: quick and at a reasonable price. I'm sure I'll back to buy something from them someday. Highly recommended++++++++++++++

I recently bought a slightly used Dell 2400 at a good price that had two faults- only 128Meg of RAM and only a single CD-R drive.

I went on line to search for memory, as my local MicroCenter wanted $120 for the 512 MB module I had in mind. I looked up the top dozen Google hits in an Epinions search, and only Crucial.com came up rated uniformly excellent for both product and service. Crucial's price ($78) was among the lowest as well, and included two-day shipping. Seemed like a good bet.

I ordered the module on a Friday morning, and had it in hand Monday afternoon. Snapped it into the motherboard, and there's it's been happily running ever since.

Just purchased 512 MG Memory for my laptop from them. They sent it two day free delivery as part of the special. It arrived on time, fairly safe packaging. Although I would have thought it would have been better packed. I used their online guide to select the proper memory for my IBM Thinkpad. It was so so on easy to follow (the guide that is). I plugged it in with my factory manufactured memory, and booted it up and no display. For some reason, I can't use both of the memory cards together, still trying to figure it out. I emailed them early this afternoon and sad to say still no response. The 512 memory works fine by itself, but sort of disgusted at their lack of good FAQS on what to do about it. My brother recommended Crucial to me, and I am pleased by it, but not by the customer service, nor their web site.

~~~~Original Review up above, update: 2/11/2004. Its been a couple weeks(roughly) and they never really addressed my email to them. The memory seems to be working fine. Still not happy with no real communication on their part with me.

The best prices and fastest service on the net. No other computer memory Etailer can even come close. I have tried other memory Etailers,eg.Kingston, and they were at least $20 more per stick of ram. Do yourself a favor try Crucial first.

Delivery, accuracy was excellent. I wrote them an E-mail, asking why their memory was better than the others. They replied with detailed model specific information, and provided other on-line resources for me to ponder. They stand 100% behind their products, they were not the least expensive, but the before sale service and time they spent with me was absolutely first rate. There are many memory retailers on-line today, with 20 dollar items and no guarantee of them working at all. Crucial is an outstanding company and I would gladly recommend them to anyone!

I recently placed two orders with them from Italy.
First order was for 2 SDRAM modules for a laptop and a Radeon 9800 pro card.
Second order was for 2 DDR 3200 memory modules.
First order was delayed while they checked credit.
Strangely they didn't have the record of an order I had placed with them some time ago, and they needed to check my address.
After that everything went fast.

- will likely shop with them again (pity they sell mostly memory, they would be a killer if they also sold other high density value items (advanced processors in retail packaging etc).
It is one of the few vendors which is well equipped to handle international transactions (with an European site as well, which is definitely a plus for international shoppers).

After dealing with the company for over four years now, I begin to realize a few things: They have what I need, when I need it, and for a great price. Free second day shipping, and a simplistic order system that can't be beat. What is there not to like? Very little except for the 15% restocking fee that is charged on returned parts not ordered through the "memory finder." Besides that, the prices are great, the product is top notch, and shipping times are absolutely incredible. Great Job! My business will stay with Crucial for a long time to come.

Crucial makes it very easy to shop for CPU memory. I went online without the manual for my computer and was able to use Crucial's online help to find the right memory for my Dell computer. The price was right to. I shopped around at CompUsa and Costco for the best price and Crucial was 30% lower. The best part was that they even provided free ground shipping! I received my memory in 4 business days.
