I only had one problem, the 19th hole flag on the house , snapped off as soon as it was taken from packaging. It was just barely connected to wire I guess. Other than that, the other 2 were fine. Didn't call, will try to glue. They were very nice to deal with , when I called to inquire about their product.

The website was easy to follow. They have a large selection of clocks. The order arrived promptly and packaged safely. They have free shipping for orders over $75. The clock is beautiful and is a lovely addition to my fireplace. I did call Courtneys late on a Saturday evening because I couldn't find the batteries in the box. They answered the phone! Told me to double check the box as sometimes the batteries were "hidden." Double-checked and found the batteries! I would defintely shop at this retailer again without hesitation! 5 Stars all the way....

I have ordered over 16 Fragrance Lamps from Courtney's over the last couple-a-few years, as well as other items. I can't say enough good things about Frank or Wilma. THEIR BRAND of Fragrance Lamps are more stunning in person than they could possibly show in a photo. This is the kind of establishment that makes me WANT to spend my money. I find their pricing to be competitive, they have outstanding quality and genuine customer service. I have sent them snail-mail orders which were shipped out before I thought it was possible for them to have received the order. I have NEVER received the wrong item. If I could rate this business ABOVE a 100% positive, excellent, outstanding experience, I would. I will continue to shop with them whenever I have a bit of "MAD MONEY" and want to add to my Fragrance Lamp collection. They respond to my e-mails and phone calls so fast, I often feel guilty - thinking, "They must have so much more to oversee." If you are a first time buyer or a collector (as I am), don't overlook this site. Your money will have been well spent.

i chose poor for my answer to #4 about calling the merchant. my reason for this was there was no answer and no machine picked up, not to mention it was made to sound like call even if we aren't open. and the "i'm online now" "light" was lit when i tried. that said... overall it was a good experience. reasonably priced, site easy to use and my items arrived in a reasonable time.
