I am absolutely delighted with my purchase. I placed the order in the evening and it was on its way the next morning. It got here not only on time, but ahead of what I expected. I was also quite pleased with the products. Our 2 year-old grandaughter is getting several MELISSA AND DOUG toys, each just as cute, imaginative, and well made as the next. The item was shipped directly from the manufacturer and arrived later than expected. In addition, the tracking code from UPS sent by email did not work. However, when calling to ask about this, customer service was exceptionally friendly and immediately called the manufacturer, called me back etc. to fully inform me and to apologize. I identified it as a Christmas present and asked that all of the puzzles be put into one package; I still don't know about that.
