The website indicated that if an item was in stock it would be shipped in 24 hours and it took 5 days to ship. However it arrived in 3 days after being shipped. I buy all my shoes from costumes4less because they have good prices and carry my size. Just sometimes disappointed with having to wait so long.

I was very happy with the product and the speediness of the delivery. The price was well below what other merchants were asking and the quality of the product was exactly as described. I was glad that I went up a size, as recommended, since the costume fit my son perfectly. He is normally an 8/10 and I ordered the large for him.

The costume arrived fairly quick. It was in good condition, with all the pieces enclosed as listed. However, it will have to be returned, as it is too small. The costume appears to run on the small side. Too bad, it was a cute costume, and doesn't come in large......

Everything was perfect except I never received a tracking number or an email telling me my order shipped. The morning I sent an email inquiry my order was delivered and I did receive a prompt reply to the email letting me know that it was an error and to expect my package that day.

I was unable to comment on question 6 & 7 due to the fact that the item I ordered was way too small! It di not run true to size at all. When I repeditly tried to call the number provided, I only got a busy signal. Though I was able to exchange the first item for a larger size, that too was much much to small. Because it is a Halloween costume and with receiving the replacement on October 30th, I am now stuck with a $60 something dollar costume, that I will never even be able to wear. If the were a way to contact a human over the phone to discuss my options in this reguard, that would be great!

The costume was not true to size...I lost my money on this item because of the "false advertisement" that this company made about the sizes of their costume. I ordered a large 8/10 and it didn't even fit my friend who is a size 2. When I called the number that was on that was on the receipt accompanied with my costume...it was out of service. I tried to contact them online by email and they would not allow me to return the costume because it was purchashed in the month of October which was never mentioned at all while I was purchasing the item, nor was it metioned on the receipt when I received it. I am currently in disputing this with my credit card company for the horrible service I received from Costumes4less.com. I will NEVER shop online with this company again and I will make sure to spread the word to people I know.

I got a message saying there was a problem with my shipping address and I asked what the problem was because I do not have a shipping address for it to be delivered to because I am overseas and never got a response and my order has been sitting in the warehouse for over 10 days now. My shopping experience with them so far has been horrible and I can only pray that my daughter's costume that I ordered from them arrives to her on time.

The only problem I had was that the color of the fairy wings was lighter green than in the picture (easily a reality-to-computer problem); it wasn't a big deal. Service was fast, ordering was easy, and it arrived when expected.

It was a great experience, however, I would recommend lowering their prices rather than advertising that they are costumes for less and then having the highest price I found on the costume I ordered. They did honor their price match guarantee plus 10% extra off which is why I ended up ordering from them but I had to look up a lot of info and submit it in a form to receive the discount. They probably hope that most people won't go to that extreme. Overall impression of this website was very good.

Costume was kinda cheesy, and did not fit properly for any man. Much to high waisted, and better fit for a woman. Had to return it. A costume that I could most likely get in Kmart for under $20. with S/H ends up costing you over $40. And I still had to pay the S/H plus the Return poatage. I would not trust this merchant again!
