I was doomed from the start. I thought I'd finally found a place that had decent costumes, but after several days of not receiving a shipment notification I emailed customer service. Afterall, my order was supposed to ship the next day. A couple days later I got a phone call from them stating that a couple of the things I ordered were out of stock or something, but the lady said that she had found a supplier and would overnight two out of three things I ordered. I got those costumes just barely in time for an event we were attending the very next day. The third item was a crusader play set, which includes a shield, sword, helmet, and chest plate, to match my son's knight costume. That order finally shipped the next week, and I got it today, the day before Halloween, only to find one crucial thing missing -- the sword! It even came with the sword's sheath, but no sword! So, I tried calling customer service only to get a recording that the line is busy (when I call from my home phone) and when I call from my cell phone the recording says my call would not be completed as dialed, and to check the number. Hello? It's the day before Halloween and the costume store can't be reached all day long. I know they're there. So, I sent another email.... Now, how do I explain to my little boy that his sword won't be here to match his costume? That's the only part out of that whole kit he really wanted. Where's their quality control, and where's customer service when I need them? I will definitely not order from them again. They were the cheapest place I could find, after using two online coupons, and I guess I get what I paid for... Oh, wait, I haven't gotten what I paid for yet.
