No one ever answers their phones or replies to emails sent to them. My item was never shipped and it is now 10 days later. i emailed them to cancel the order buy I cannot even confirm if they have done so. I am actually scared that I provided them with my credit card info

Shortly After submitting the order I was advised that the product selected was not in stock. Similar alternatives in style and price were offered. The communication that the merchandise was not in stock and the follow-up was timely. Although I did not purchase due to my need for the exact merchandise originally ordered, I would shop this merchant again. The ease of the ordering on the Internet was fast, clear and convenient and the communication/inquiry responses were fast and comprehensive

Their website shows product in stock for quick delivery - usually ships in 2-4 days. It has been 1 1/2 weeks and my item hasn't shipped yet. When I inquired about my purchase, I was informed that the item is backordered and should be in in a few days. I'm just wondering why their site still shows the item in stock and ready for shipping.
