shipping was horribly slow. although i understand it is a problem with fedex and not your company i am still disappointed with the service i received. i called to enquire about my shipping and was told there was nothing your company could do because it left in the allotted time. I feel you should have contacted fedex to determine the hold up and given me a discount of somesort because the item was supposed to arrive the 24th of december and did not arrive until the 28th.

I didn't receive a packing slip or invoice in the box. I need to return the item, because it doesn't match the Pepper Grinder I have at home. I've made several calls over the last two weeks for a RAN and haven't received anything yet. The return process is unacceptable. This is taking up way to much of my time and I'm getting very frustrated. As of the time I'm typing this email, I still haven't received the RAN.

My order was placed on 10-29-06 and never shipped until 12-11-06. I did not receive ANY notification that it was on backorder. I phoned the second week of November as I had not received my order but did notice the charge on my credit card (which had been done three times and removed each time thereafter) I was told by a CSR that she did not have any information in regard to the shipping date of my order and would have a manager contact me after he/she arrived at work. I did not receive a phone call. I followed up again and was told that they check to make sure the funds are available to process the order when it arrives at the warehouse, and that the item was on backorder and should arrive to my home during the first week of December. I will not recommend this site nor will I shop here again. Thank you.

I wish they had stated the warnings about the coating being harmful to birds and small pets in the ad as well as with the already purchased merchandise, even though that doesn't apply to me. My cat weighs 14 pounds and is as bored with my cooking as my mother is, and they pretty much both leave the kitchen when I'm anywhere near the stove!

First, there was several delays in shiping on both products. Second, they were paid before product was received. Third, I did not receive all of the order of product # (4977) When I brought it to Nate's attention of that the product details. They state, "Comes in a pack of twelve" and I received only one. Nate responded with the description was wrong and that I was not going to receive the other eleven that I ordered.

The price and quality of the product were great. It was just that I had ordered the roaster for Thanksgiving, and it was late. I ordered it with plenty of time, but then I got an email stating there was a "delay with the manufacturer." They wouldn't offer me expedited shipping and only offered a 10% discount for the "inconvenience".

I ordered cook ware (Circulon steel 12 piece #70363 on 11-04-06 at 4;07 P.M. The order I received arrived on 12-15-06. The cookware set I received was Farbar ware Aluminum 10 piece set. My credit card has been charged For the Circulon set which was more expensive. How do I get this corrected?

After the estimated ship date was exceeded by over one week, I canceled my order. When I called, they couldn't track the status of my order. They weren't sure where it was and when it would be shipped. I was told the ship dates were estimates. I placed my order on 12/14/06 and canceled it 12/27/06. They said they would e-mail me my cancelation, but they never did. I'm watching to see if my credit card will be charged still since they have failed to deliver on their promises.
