The order was placed on November 27. It has not yet shipped. This was suppoed to be a Christmas gift. Called and was told to call back when the warehouse is open. Customer service should have taken care of this, not telling the customer they have to do more. The time between the order and shipping is outrageous.

I was very satisfied with their service. It is a very nice kitchen island. On their website it said that we would receive a $20 gift card for Boca java coffee. My gift card was not received. They decided to reimburse me with a $20 credit instead. I truly appreciated that kind of service.

Their price for this product was the best I could find with free shipping and an additional 10% off. I couldn't pass that up. The additional 10% off With free shipping made me choose them over other merchants. I really shopped around, but they had the best price I could find. Waiting on shipping is definitely worth it !!!

I ordered the pan on July 13, 2009. They promptly charged my credit card and said they would ship in two to three weeks. I waited the two to three weeks and called to check status. They said it was scheduled to ship on August 3rd and I would receive an email telling me it shipped. Today August 4th, I received an email saying it was on back-order and would not ship until August 24th. Needless to say I canceled my order and will go to my local Bed Bath and Beyond and purchase for the same price less my 20% coupon.

The item I ordered had to be backordered,so it couldn't be shipped and arrive to me when the website told me it could. I contacted them to see if I could get a similar item at same price, and they didn't have one, so I have to wait a month to get my order.
