purchased a SKU #201613 Digital Candy Thermometer.  The temp. fluctuates so badly between 20-30 degrees and never reaches the correct temp.  Batteries have been changed but no luck. The set we wanted to purchase was only available on line at Target.com. Because of the great savings on shipping, I chose to buy the set instead from Cooking.com.
