Contact Lens King

Contact Lens King's prices are among the lowest around, and as long as everything goes well with your order, then you should have a good experience.

However, it you need to contact customer service, that's where the whole experience takes a nosedive. It takes several days for them to answer e-mails — if they answer them at all.

And Heaven forbid you need to return or exchange an item. Although their Web site spells out the return process, it's like pulling teeth to get them to actually issue a return authorization (without which your return won't be accepted). I had to call and e-mail in excess of five times to get a return authorization.

In short, place an order and pray. If you get it and it's correct, you've made a good deal. If not, my thoughts are with you.

I had such a positive experience with Contact Lens King.  I have been shopping online for my contact lenses for several years now, and I just recently came across Contact Lens King. Their prices are WAY cheaper than other sites I have used and I didn't have to pay for shipping!  This site is great, I highly recommend it. You WILL save money!

I shopped around extensively for the best deal on my lenses. I wear Focus Night & Day contacts. Contact Lens King had the lowest price, compared to all the other sites I found, plus they also offer free shipping!!  They are a very respectable company, with low prices and good customer service!!  Don't waste your money by shopping somewhere else!

I have ordered from Contact Lens King several times and have found them to be a great company.  It took a couple of extra days to receive my lenses, but it was due to an issue with my doctor's office and verifying my prescription.  After the prescription was verified, my order was promptly shipped and I received my lenses within a few days.  The customer service rep that I spoke with when I called to inquire about my order was friendly and very helpful.  I am very happy with Contact Lens King, their great service and incredibly low prices!!!!

Avoid this company. They have NO customer service. Waited for 40 minutes for a rep to answer and no one ever did. I'll filing a fraud charge against them. They took my money and never shipped the lenses. It's a scam.  You have been warned!!!

I placed an 8 box order of lenses they did not have in stock.  Two months later I was still waiting.  I cancelled my order and went to 1800contacts. They had my lenses in stock and shipped the same day.  The price difference was $20 more but if you don't get your contacts it does not matter.

Poor Service. Do no expect timely delivery, even if you pay for overnight shipping. If you have a few weeks then use them if their price is the best.

I ordered 4 boxes of Night and Day contact lenses on December 8 and received them on December 13 with free shipping. I was informed about the order by email along the way: 12/8 for order confimation, 12/9 for prescription confirmation and 12/10 for shipping confirmation. The only thing I did not like was the $4.95 handling fee which was not disclosed on their listed price.

Been using almost since they started business in 2004. Never had any problems.. Courteous, fast, efficient. If I send Rx, they ship almost immediately. If I don't it takes a day or two for them to get confirmation from my doctor. Best prices I have found. Quality product.. no counterfeits.

I agree with some of the other people here. It is a slow service. The first time I used them; I don't remember them being so slow but it's been almost three weeks since I ordered and one and a half weeks since I've been on the status "Awaiting manufacturer".

The problem with them it sounds like they hold no inventory (on some things, maybe all things)so it's going to be a slower service.

I've used CLK 3 different times and I've had nothing but good experiences as a customer. I use ProClear Compatibles and I always get quoted anywhere from $39 to $54 dollars/ box (box of six)at local optometrist or eye store, where half the time, they have a hard time finding these contacts and they have to do a special order. CLK always has them in stock and for a very affordable price. Even 1-800-Contacts couldn't match the shipping time or price that CLK has given me. They always keep me posted on when they received the order, when it's ready to ship out, and when it's been shipped.

I used to order my contact lens from 1-800-Contact. I always shop around and this time I found Contact Lens King have the best price. Even though 1-800-Contact will match any competitor's price. I decided to give Contact Lens King a try. I placed my order on Monday. I received shipping confirmation the next day. My package arrived on Thursday. Best price plus super fast delivery. I am really impressed with Contact Lens King. I have been buying my contact lenses online now for 5 years. I just kept ordering from the same old place but this time I decided to shop around and I am glad I did. This place had my lenses for a fraction of what I was paying with my previous online retailer –whom I will not name but they are BIG. On top of the great price, I did not have to order a minimum number of boxes to get the best price. It was great! One price for one box or ten! I placed my order and immediately received an email confirming my order. Another email let me know that my prescription was valid and that they would be shipping my lenses and they did. They did just that and I received my lenses in a few days. The lenses were the real deal too. I was afraid that they might send me imitation lenses because of the really low price but they were perfect! These guys have a new customer!

To be honest I was leery of ordering through these guys because of the previous negative feedback. But they had the best prices and free shipping on the contact lenses I needed so I took a chance. I did not know what to expect but was really impressed. They were excellent! I had a great experience with CLK and will be a repeat customer. My turnaround time was a week and I spent about 1/2 of what i would have if i used 800contacts! I was very weary at first after reading the reviews, but after seeing the prices i couldn't resist.

I received an email confirming the order, then the next day another email saying that the prescription had been verified at my optometrist's, and then another email saying that the lenses had been shipped. They arrived much quicker than I thought they would - I think it was just 3-4 days after I placed the order. The shipping was free and the package was well-wrapped and the lenses are legitimate. They had a much lower price than other vendors. I would definitely order lenses from them again

I must admit I was a bit skeptical about ordering due to the reviews I read on this site but that savings were enough to push me to try them. Horrible Horrible Horrible!!!!! I ordered my contacts on November 8th and today December 3rd I still don't have my lenses. I just spoke to someone on the phone at customer service and they had no idea as to why my lenses were never shipped. She offered to upgrade my shipping to 2-3 day and call me back. I would not recommend ordering from them EVER.

I have yet to receive the contacts I ordered from Contact Lens King almost a month ago. I am very disappointed in their service. I have been in contact with customer service and they keep saying that they are awaiting shipment from the manufacturer. They tell me this each week. I decided to go with them because of the free shipping and low prices. I guess you get what you pay for. I just hope that I will one day receive my contacts. I've had to wear my glasses all the time for several weeks and it's getting old! I will update if and when I ever receive the contacts. I recommend 1-800-contacts. I have had good experiences with them. I wish I had paid the extra 10 bucks and gone with them in the first place.

I came here to read the reviews before I ordered and was skeptical because of some of the other reviews about late orders and such. But the price was too good so I ordered anyway since I didn't need the contacts immediately. So of course, I ordered on a Sunday and the contacts arrived on Wednesday. Couldn't be happier with their service, no problems at all. And the price was right. So if you're not in a hurry, take a chance and you'll probably get them right away. ;-)
