Contact Lens King

This was a very disappointing experience with Contact Lens King! I placed my order online and kept receiving messages saying that my order was "almost ready" for a few weeks. I also spoke to a few customer service reps. (who were very nice - so that's a positive) and they said the same thing - my contacts, which are quite average strengths, were still at the manufacturer. Someone finally told me that realistically the contacts wouldn't reach me for another two weeks since they still didn't have them yet. This would mean the contacts would have taken over SEVEN WEEKS to reach me! I decided to cancel my order and go through 1800-contacts. I've had great experiences with 1800contacts and highly recommend them instead of Contact Lens King. The shipping info. for Contact Lens King is misleading since it states, "3-6 business days after disbatch" -they just don't tell you that it will take close to two months to "disbatch"!

Contact Lens King had my products in stock and they were the best price and offered free shipping. Their site made it easy to order my lenses and their customer service was helpful. I will be reordering from Contact Lens King again, I am a dedicated customer and would happily advise contact lens wearers to try Contact Lens King as their contact lens supplier.

Submitted an order on September 28th and saw nothing up to today October 12. Tried the 800 number, no response. Tried an email support no response. After three weeks I finally connected via phone. The order inexplicably had not shipped. They couldn't figure out why but said it would be out today the 15th. We'll see....
