I was a little nervous to place an order with them after reading some of the horrible reviews.  However, I was desperate and needed new contacts for a low price for an event I was working at in less than 2 weeks.  I must say, even after misreading the shipping time (AFTER I placed the order I read it would ship in 14-21 days) they still arrived in less than a week!  The order was exactly what I had placed (and each eye was different), and based on my experience, highly recommend them to anyone.  Their prices were less than half of their competitor's prices and my lenses are hard to find.  I even called the customer service line after reading the 14-21 day ship time and she said it already shipped out of the NY warehouse which got me my lenses the next day.  THE NEXT DAY from the call!!!  I could not be more pleased with this company and will definitely order from them again.  They even included a free lens case with the order!  I know a lot of reviews said they had poor customer service and never got their lenses, but I can't say anything but good about them.
