Very good experience! I was a little hesitant, having read some of the reviews on here, but I did go ahead and purchase the lenses because they cost $13 less than at other retailers - a savings hard to ignore. I placed my order on Saturday 6/6, received an email on the Sunday saying the order had been received and another email on Monday saying th staff could not verify my prescription. I communicated several times with the staff at CLK (my doctor had me in the system under my nickname, so finding me was harder than I'd originally thought) and they were always friendly, and very helpful. Thereafter I received an email from CLK saying the fax to confirm my prescription had been received. The last email I received was Tuesday the 9th, saying my lenses were being shipped USPS. The lenses arrived on Monday June 15th, with the free shipping option. They came in a nice little box, with the free lens holder and in fabulous shape - just what I ordered. Altogether I am very pleased indeed. I will definitely be purchasing from this company again and do recomnend it to all. Whatever the customer service used to be like, it's certainly great now. :)
