I ordered contact lenses on 3/7 and paid extra to have them shipped to me by 2 business days, since I needed them right away. On 3/11, I decided to check my account on their website since I thought they would have arrived by today. I then noticed my order status stated "invalid prescription." When I called customer service, I was then told that my doctor stated that I had never been given the type of lenses that I attempted to order and that it wasn’t even the correct power. They told me there was nothing they could do and that I would need to contact my doctor. Before I just accepted this as an answer,I then began to question this. They then found out they made the mistake. They had put the wrong name on the prescription they sent to my doctor, so of course it was denied. They then said well we will upgrade you to overnight shipping and you will recieve them on 3/13. On 3/17, I still have no contacts and called the 1800 # again, I was then told this time, that they are waiting for the product to be in stock from their supplier and that I would just need to wait. After 10 days of waiting on contacts and paying extra for 2 day shipping, I told them to cancel my order and the girl on the phone said "OK!" very rude. I would NOT recommend this company! The customer service was unacceptable and they in no way tried to make things any better. I am HIGHLY disappointed.
