We searched every where for the part we needed for our DesignJet plotter. Bunch of websites said they had it, but they just tried to order it from someone else after we ordered it from them. Computer Care Online actually had it, they had our part in stock and shipped it that same day. Saved our lives, Thanks.

Easy to use website, free shipping on my order, returns policy about the same as any other on line store. Great on line order tracking system. Low Profile brackets already installed on my video card so installation was a breeze. My order shipped the very same day. Highly recommend.

The product I ordered was the correct product but it had been previously opened. Very tricky return policy and for many items there is no refund or exchange.
