I knew what product I wanted, so I compared prices, and your price was $150 less than anyone else. I had not done business with you before, but I took a chance and am very glad I did. My purchase went through flawlessly, the shipment was easy to track, and it arrived perfectly. It was not until later that I discovered that the manufacturer does not warrent the product if purchased through an on-line auction service--a mistake I almost made.

Because of past shipping problems I sent a pro-active email to the customer service representative who contacted me regarding my order problem last time. Needless to say, the same crap happened again where shipping instructions were ignored by the company. The on-line order form address entry section does not give very good options for billing vs. shipping addresses, and using company credit cards.

Good Service; there was a problem with the delivery - but that was due to the delivery carrier (UPS)- not Compulus merchant. Minor problem that got resloved after talking with the carrier and the item was delivered. I would order from Compuplus again. They offer good deals when they send out e-mails.

Merchant shipped by USPS which was very fast but difficult to track. I would have preferred UPS ground which other merchants use for about the same shipping charge. In all other aspects, service was excellent. I would not hesitate to purchase from Compuplus again.

Purchased a Garmin, they verifed the credit card holder, shipped prompty after the verification & everything was well packaged. The company asked that a signature be obtained, which the carrier didn't get, but they did everything right. Good service and an excellent price.

What a joke for an Online Store! I had to give them ALL my information over again when inquiring why my order had not shipped in 5 days after ordering. Their response??? "We don't know...but we will ship out today". And of course they did NOT! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else to do your online shopping!

When I order something from a merchant I ususally have the item shipped to my business address because it usually arrives during the day and I know that I will receive it because we have have a loading and shipping dock. At my home address, whoever,(UPS, FedX) just leaves it on the front porch and lately I have had my mail and trash bags stolen and that is why I prefer it to be delivered to my office. Compuplus is one of the few merchants that require that the shipping and billing address to either match or that the bank card have both addresses listed. I have tried to have my shipping address put on my cards but the bank tells me I can only have one address on the card. I wish there was a solution, that I could order with through Compuplus, on a card but have it shipped to my office address. Other than that, they seem to be a fine company.

The item was advertised to ship in 1-2 days. I wasn't able to send the items to a third party address, therefore making it impossible to use this merchant for gifts. I had to change my address at my bank temporarily to the shipping address to have is sent. That entailed multiple phone calls and emails to accomplish. Due to this ridiculous policy my order was delayed and did not arrive in time for a planned trip which the headphones were purchased specifically for.

I ordered a Create Zen Vision:M from their website as a Christmas gift for my daughter. We specifically chose this vendor because they advertised the unit on their website as coming with "Power adapter with 2 interchangable plugs". Since this was an important feature we ordered the unit from them. Upon opening the unit we found no separate power charger. After numerous phone calls and emails I have yet to receive anything but an offer to return the unit for refund. Since it was given as a gift this is not an option. This company engages in false advertising!!! Don't patronize them. I will be filing charges with their local law enforcement agency.
