If you know what you want, this is the place to get it at a great price with no hassles. You may have a hard time if you are not computer savvy as you may be confused by the sheer number of products of a particular type available here. But for a seasoned computer user, this means better selection, and tech specs are available on everything. Great site, great stuff, great prices!

They are very fast and reliable. I received the items that I ordered on time and in good condition with the exception that one of the items was bad from the factory which was not their fault. I call customer service and the lady that I talked to was very polite and helpful. I will definitely do business with them in the future.

Very quick transaction - and amazing email follow up. I did not feel like it was just an auto email - it had human attachment in a person and a number I could call with questions. Wish they offered standard ground shipping. 2nd day air is just a little much for something I can stand to wait a few days on.

Shipment delayed because SDC not in stock which is alright, however I wasn't notified. Once they located one they shipped it overnight. That was a good gesture. Not enough shipping options. Very expensive. Should offer Fedex ground which is much cheaper.

The digital writing tablet I purchased had a few scratches under the plastic surface that covers the tablet, but that seems like it was from the manufacturer. I'd advise the vendors to keep up quality control.

They did not have the item I wanted even though it was on their website as in stock. Someone needs to let these merchants now that they should not list things they don't have, and charge me for it only to call me and try to sell me something else.

i ordered a dvd burner and they sent me a eternal harddrive. they then billed me for both untill i sent back the drive. this was alright but then they didn't send me anything through ups to send it back till a called twice. this place sucks. i hope they rember to credit my account for the returned merchandise.
