Product was EXCELLENT, but shipping was slow, slow! It took me until the 29th to receive the order when it was shipped on the 21st. The seller shipped the item on time, but FedEx was just extremely slow, and expensive. I think Compuvest should use other shippers in addition to FedEx. Overall, a good experience, great product at a great price!

Order was cancelled because merchant would not sell multiple items. Not printed anywhere in advertisement casuing additional delys in my getting them somewhere else.

The whole process was straightforward and worked well. I received what I had ordered in good condition. I did not need to contact the merchant after placing the order. International postage costs from the US are relatively high but I knew that when I placed the order. One minor disappointment was that two items having the same description were supplied in different formats (housings). This does not effect the function but does detract from the aesthetics of my project.

I placed my order on 5/3/2008 Sunday, I have both a billing address and a shipping address both were supplied to Compuvest. On Thursday, 5/8/2008 I recieved a voice mail that there was a problem with shipping address, even though I paid for this item though my American Express they have both address on record. I was able to return the call on Monday 5/12, only to find out my order had been cancelled. I was told my order had been cancelled because they were out of stock, but now have them in stock. When I ask if they could ship me one now, and was told "YES" but the original price would not be honored. I ask to speak to the manager and he basically told me he didnt have any, when I told him the lady I spoke with earlier said, "they did have some now", he said, he was not going to honor the sale because he was not going to pay $172.00 for something and sell it to me for $127.00. To make a long story short, Compuvest evidently advertised this item online for one price, and then found out that it was posted at the wrong price and instead of honoring it, they make up excuses to keep from selling at that price. I was told a sales person that they were out of stock, then I was told they had them in stock. She said she left message on my voice mail on Monday May 5th but I received no voice mail, and their phone # was not on my caller ID. I know they made no effort to call. The manager told me they were out of stock, told me the order was cancelled on the 5th.. So basically what they did is cancel the order 4 days before they made the only call. Where is the law of ethics here, but looks like they carry one thing though out the business the law of lying to cover themselves.

Good merchant, was little apprehensive in the beginning but after a phone call to cancel one accessary and the friendly voice at the other end did the trick, received the product yesterday and worked like it was supposed to. They did not try to mislead, fulfilled their promise. I will infact shop again at Compuvest when the need arise in the near future.

I compared prices for this part and felt that I got a very good price with excellent quality. Some vendors were twice as much and more for the same item. Immediate response to purchase; received notification of shipping and tracking info promptly. Packed well. I am very pleased!

Sometimes, they are really late. I ordred goods more than one week ago. They all were declared available at that time. As the website was indicating "in process". I had to send two email (no answer for the first one)to finally receive the tracking number. Until now their website is still indicating "in process".

I found this site while on Ebay looking for the camera. Checked other sources for pricing. This one was the cheapest but had 2 different prices. I got on line assistance to explain the difference. I just received the camera yesterday and have not had a chance to take it out of the box, yet.

I've ordered this same product in the past and it came with the stand the webcam attaches to, this time i got no stand and the same for my girlfriend she ordered 2 of the same and no stands came with it so i was a little upset and called. the recored message said to leave name an number and they would call back in a half hour, no call ever came at all that day..so i am dissapointed and would love to hear if you were just short on stands this time around or if they are going to be arriving later..Thank You Andre Hellams (775) 722-5911

Item took three days to leave vendor which extended delivery time. Customer service requires leaving a message, however they do call you back within 30 minutes. Good prices in general, some items are sold in "bulk" packaging which is indicated if you look at the packaging description. In reading other reviews, apparently most items ship out quickly but there are times when for some reason they take several days after the order to ship. If Compuvest could actually ship same day if order was received by a certain time it would increase customer satisfaction. I believe the shipping process to be very important to most customers with web orders. Today, customers expect a number of shipping options at reasonable prices (or free for ground shipping) and that items will ship same day or at least within 24 business hours. In general I am happy with this company and likely will order from them again, however I'd like to see them make an effort to look at their shipping delays.

Looked online for a internal CD Drive, found and selected CompuVest. All went well and exceptable with CompuVest. The item I later discovered has a compatablility problem with my HP Pavilion a1730n.

compuvest is a great resource for many computer needs. my family and friends have gone there many times for clearence items, and older hard drives and processors to upgrade older computers. lots of great stuff that can only be found at compuvest!

In 11/07 I bought a Toshiba 40G Laptop HD NEW. In mid 1/08 I started experiencing errors and a couple of weeks later noises from the HD. The same thing happened when I connected it up outside of my desktop PC. By putting cool packs around it, I was able to transfer the data from it. I sent it back,Compuvest and they said it was OK. Credit of $32 for a $40 HD. Of course I had to pay shipping back. They wouldn't let me talk to the HD tester. To recoup some of my money I ordered a slower smaller HD to put in another Laptop. I pity the next customer that gets that HD. Not happy camper! My buying experience in the past has been good. Not likely will buy in the future. I ordered the replacement by phone a week ago..no tracking..no email.. no drive..Nada. Guess I have to call to find out whats going on.

I ordered a my Playstation 3 and did the three day shipping option because it was fairly cheap. My product arrived more than a day early. I would definately order from this company again. Their shipping was faster than newegg.

ATI ehome Wonder was included with my dell xps.

It is totaly dependant on media center and useless for anything else.

I will not buy another dell nor will i buy an ATI card at all.

Its junk.

No support or upgrades from Microsoft,Windows,ATI,Sonic or Dell.

Limited use of this hardware because of the software.
If this is the way ATI supports its products then i dont waht there junk anymore.

Im going to ship this back to them in a plastic bag after putting it through a shredder.
