I will never order from this company again!
I ordered a 1gb ram chip for my desktop, to add to my existing 1gb system.
The chip didn't work with my existing ram, so I ordered another matching chip to cure the problem. My system wouldn't boot and after taking to a repair shop, I found the system would work with original chip, but not Compuvest.com chips. Unfortunately, compuvest said they would not accept returns on new opened products, and I was willing to forfeit a 25% restocking fee for each chip, but the return was beyond the 14 day period. Too bad, so sad for me.
But I felt so much better when compuvest said I could list my chips on ebay.
I will NOT be doing business with Compuvest.com again. Be careful if you order from this company and make sure you check out the product your purchased carefully and within 14 days, and to FULLY READ THEIR RETURN POLICY.

Everything as advertised. http://www.compuvest.com/. I bought RAM for an older Compaq Proliant server. They had what I needed, the price was great. They shipped the same day (from Renton, Washington). Two days later, a very well packed box was in my mailbox (in Florida). I plugged the DIMMs in the slots, and my old server has a bit more useful life in it now with twice as much RAM. Awesome. Well above my expectations. I'm not sure what kind of "special postage stamps" were used. The Post Office did their part as well. Did I mention they were quick? I placed my order at 10:00am EST on Monday, and had the product in my own hands by 10:30am  EST on Wednesday. http://www.compuvest.com/, (and David 55, the Account Rep there) on a scale of 1 to 10, they rank 11.

This is the worst company I have dealt with so far as far as internet shopping is concerned. I called the company to ask them questions regarding a ATI-9800 pro Mac edition graphics card. They told me that the one on their site will work with Mac. So I went ahead and ordered the card. When I received the graphics card, no where on the box or on the documentation did it say that it was for a Mac. so I called them back and told them about it regarding the mis-communication. They told me to return the card and they would refund me the full amount (Spoke with Alena Manager of returns). I did not opent the box or unwrap the card from its package. The seal was unbroken. I returned everything back to them at my expense (shippng). I paid them $144.81 and they only refunded me $114.11. They kept $30.00. What a rip off company and what a way to make a profit.
Folks do not do any business with this company. They are a fraud, and use unethical business practice.

Ordered an XGene 01030 wireless keyboard on Sunday early AM and received it on the following Thursday. 
 There was an issue with their website showing my order as "In process" even though it had already been shipped. The tracking information should have been available, leading me to believe that the product had not been shipped when it was actually en-route. 
 In the end, the transaction was perfect except for the reporting abnormality (minor inconvenience). 
 Great product, great price, delivered promplty without being gouged for the shipping. I would definitely shop here again.

Our company which subcontracts work in from the federal government in data analysis for the NCSC and NSA/CSS. I would suggest not doing business with this company cause they are entirely dishonest and misleading. You might have fair results and resolve with technical problems but not in returns. what a ripoff.  i order a hard drive and paid for usps shipping but was told they used fedex.  they won't refund without a restocking fee of 15%.  i didn't order it this way.  they are crooks.  i'll never ever use them again.  do not trust them.

I finally received my Macbook Pro this week (two weeks after ordering it) and the specs do not match the machine I ordered

*Only 1GB RAM is currently installed.  The base for this model is 2GB and the sales rep said it would be upgraded to 3GB because it would not ship for a week (BTW, I had to fax paperwork and copies of my credit card AFTER they had already charged my account, before they could process the order.  I've never had to do that w/ any other online merchant)
*The OS is apparently corrupt, as there are tabs missing from System Preferences and trackpad functionality is greatly reduced
*The top row of function keys is not mapped correctly and cannot be used
*The lid is noticeably warped and does not lie flush to the body when closed

I am appalled by the poor quality of this machine, and am requesting a Fedex/UPS label so I may return this and receive a refund

BUYER BEWARE !!!
I ordered two Logitech Communicate STX webcams. They were advertised as NEW but were REFURBISHED. They were sent in a plain box with no manuel and the DVD had no writing on it. The tag on the cords was cut in half and according to the Logitech company that indicates refurbished equipment. I should have checked reviews on other sites before ordering and after reading those negative reviews won't bother trying to return. Fool me once... I just hope that the webcams continue to work.

Terrible! You pay for all returns, even when it's their fault. They lie to avoid added costs of correcting their errors. Even the delivery was unusually delayed. Here's the ugly history: (1) They shipped me a lesser version product than what I ordered - it was missing parts that were supposed to be included in the higher-end item I paid for. (2) The part I did receive was NOT new, it was refurbished - it was a defective item that had previously been returned, and then got resold to me (batteries were already installed in the keyboard when it arrived!). (3) I had to ship the package back at my expense, they refuse to pay for RMAs (CAUTION: read the fine print!!). (4) They lied about the defect and just immediately claimed the item was fine. (5) They lied about my RMA, and claimed I requested a refund (I requested they replace it with a proper item ), but the FINE PRINT says that they do not refund shipping costs if you ask for a refund! Stay away from this slimy operation.

I didn't know if this product would be available anywhere because the video card is several years old and is no longer supported. Compuvest had the cable/ adapter and I received it in 3 days even though I only paid for regualr ground shipping. Outstanding!!
