hardware including nuts and bolts were missing. two brackets were also missing. I was able to purchase these from my local hardware store and the brackets I had to fabricate from larger stock. I could tell the mounting kit was a return from another customer because the box was all taped up. If you plan on selling something that has been returned, it is good practice to make sure all the pieces are there.

My experience from placing the order to delivery was very smooth. The item exceeded all expectations. I expect to order more of the same item in the future and plan to go back to Competitive Edge Products for future orders unless I find the same item at a better price elsewhere.

Our church ordered 21 Lifetime tables (96"). We did this online, and had a very quick response. Shipping time seemed normal, less than two weeks. All but one of the tables came in very good condition. When we discovered the damaged table, I e-mailed Competitive Edge, and they responded extremely fast, and had a table ordered for us right away. Their products, prices, and service are all that I could hope for in a company. I very highly recommend them to anyone!!!

Competitive edge has an excellent website. There are pictures and a descriptions of all products. It is easy to brouse the website by clicking on pictures and or catagories. Ordering on line was easy. Delivery was fast.

Shopping at Competitive Edge Products was a wonderful experience to be able to find suitable merchandise to my expectations. In my home state of Illinois, retailers cater to building swingsets to accommodate small children. If I found something online or in person, it was very expensive for an older child.

We bought a basketball system at a local sporting goods store, we opened the box and decided not like the quality. Then from shopping.com, we found the Competitive Edge Products, which has so much more selections and for same amount of money, We can get a much better quality system. We are very happy with the purchase from the Competitive Edge Product.

THE ONLY PROBLEM I HAVE IS THAT THE TABLE IS EXTREMELY DIFFICULT TO CLOSE THE LEGS. AS SENIOR CITIZENS IT REQUIRES A GREAT DEAL OF STRENGTH. ANY SUGGESTIONS YOU HAVE WILL BE GREATLY APPRECIATED.

I spent a significant amount of time researching basketball goals and found the Competitive Edge site easy to navigate and their product offering was comprehensive. We are very happy with the product and the service we received. While we were concerned about the assembly, it turned out to be very straightforward - the directions were complete and all necessary product parts were there! I've recommended their site to other people.

I purchased a Lifetime 4 ft Putty Outdoor Glider Bench Swing from Competitive Edge Products. I was amazed at how quickly it arrived and even more at how easy it was to assemble! Normally I wait and have my husband or son put these things together. But I was so anxious to have it up and ready to use that I started to put it together on my own. Then I had my husband help when I needed someone to hold up one end while I put the assembled pieces in place. It's a wonderful glider bench, very sturdy and weather resistant. I'm very happy with my purchase and will buy from Competitive Edge Products again.
