We ordered a Summit glass door freezer that was listed on their website (now removed) as UL and NSF approved.
When we received the freezer we put it into service and after our local health inspector saw it, made us take it out of service because it WAS NOT NSF approved. After many calls and the promise that we would get satisfaction we were just recently told that there was nothing they would do. This freezer works fine but we cannot use it as it is not NSF approved as their website advised. I personally talked to a sales person there and he knew of the problem and wanted to help but someone higher up the command chain advised him they could not help.

The LG3431 was in stock and shipped quickly. The freight company Target Logistics, and AEX courier that ComactAppliance used to ship to Pennsylvania took exceptional care of the product in transit. AEX delivered it right into the home as promised. We set the washer up, and did 3 loads of laundry the same day. Great product. We are extemely pleased to do business with CompactAppliance.

Easy online purchasing. Email and tracking shipment good. However, I had to call to confirm shipment, as only electronic information was sent to Federal Express. 800# service was very good as she tracked it down and we received the product quickly after.

The wine cooler had a very bad painted finish on the top of the unit. The metal was not cleaned properly before they sprayed it black. It made the unit look like it was used. I called the company and they said to call back, if I wanted to return it. It was a gift for my son, he said it did not matter to him if the top of the frig was not perfect. I think he did not want me to go through the trouble of returning it. It works fine but looks nasty. The manufacture needs to have better quality control.

I was pleased with the product, but had to return it because it was a gift, and it did not fit the needs of the person I purchased it for. The return policy is pretty standard, but I wish that I would not have to pay for shipping to return this gift. Otherwise, I liked the process.

Item was a Christmas gift and came quickly. It appeared to be in good condition but when it was plugged in, there was no power to the machine - it would not come on. Tried different plug-ins, etc. Called customer service who said we would have to call the manufacturer to see what the problem is. Haven't resolved it with the manufacturer yet, but hope to soon. I was told the only place I can buy this particular item is online. It's aggravating to give an expensive gift such as this and have it not work!

I was surprised to find some items that I wasn't even sure existed. I had been looking for a water cooler that made ice cubes, and your site was the only one I found it on. We ended up buying a straight ice maker instead. It works great for us. We live in the country where all we have is well water. With the new ice maker we no longer have to run out to the gas station to buy ice. Thanks Compact!

Moving around the website was both easy and difficult. It was relatively easy to move from folder to folder. But I found it some what confusing to locate the specific item on repeated visits. I did price comparisons at several merchants sites and found it frustrating to come back and locate the item(s) I considered as my purchase.

Experience was okay except for one thing. No description of the heater's performance when it hits 41 degrees and turns itself on--that is to say, the manufacturer and your site did not describe how warm the heater gets the room to before it shuts itself back down until the temp drops to 41 degrees again. This is important in my application--an insulated bathroom in living quarters inside a 30X50 metal building. This is the location of the entire water feed and usage except for just outside the area in lines to the kitchen faucet, for which I will use heat tape, since the building will definitely go below freezing at times, but the insulated bathroom should not. Experience with your company was good except for that one question, and I had no way of contacting the company that makes the machine to get the answer.
