This has been the most awful experience of my On-line ordering life!!!! I purchased a all-in one printer on-line. I then received an email stating that it was shipped. A week later, I'm still waiting. I go to track the package and it never shipped. So I call and they tell me they will take care of it. They cannot send another one until they refund me and then charge me again. Well, they charged me alright. TWICE and then sent me another printer. So right now, I have TWO $700 printers sitting in my living room and it has been over a week since they stated that they would send me a pick up slip to have one of them picked up. Originally they said it would take 24 hours for me to get the email that would have my return slip attached...again that was over a week ago.
Not to mention that each day I have this extra printer, I'm accruing finance charges from my cc company! I finally had to dispute the second charge because this was getting out of control!
In addition, I cannot even tell you how many HOURS I've spent on hold trying to resolve this issue. It's been over a month since I first ordered the original printer and this is still not resolved.
One Final note - today is the 28th and I ordered this item last month on the 24th. This has been going on for OVER a month.
Never, ever, EVER would I recommend purchasing from CompUSA!
