I recently bought a Cinevision RV4000 VCR/DVD Recorder from Comp USA. It is the last thing I will ever buy from them again. It worked once, then continued to simply destroy a half dozen blank DVDs (which are not cheap) until I gave up and tried to return it. But Comp USA would not let me return it unless I paid a restocking charge of 15%--EVEN THOUGH THE MACHINE DID NOT WORK! The only other alternative was to accept another one, which I reluctantly did (I have no more faith in these machines, the brand is GoVideo). Their customer service was the worst I have ever encountered. I think it was a reasonable request to ask for a full refund for a product that does not work. It costs them next to nothing to return it to the manufacturer, but instead they chose to anger someone who has spent literally thousands of dollars there in the past (I own a high-tech firm of my own). I will NEVER shop there again, and I would like to warn anyone else thinking of buying there from doing so. They don't have just 2 STARS on here for nothing! What an awful experience.
