The absolute WORST customer service I've ever experienced.

When it comes to dealing with customers these guys simply do not have a clue. I don't understand how they can be one of the largest retailers of computers and electronics with the kind of incompetent, inexperienced staff they hire.

The rep I dealt with over the phone was extremely rude and confrontational when I addressed an issue I had with shipping costs for an online order. When it became obvious that the guy was not going to help me, he even refused to refer me to his supervisor, refused to give me his name, and was a total jerk the rest of the way. I had to call in again to get a manager and even then wasn't satisfied at the resolution. Buy from these guys at your own risk (especially their online storefront).
