Lies about inventory / Lack of communication!  
I ordered a camera that was listed as in stock. Not only was it not in stock, the company lied and told me it would be there in one week. It never showed. Two weeks later, I still got no word from them. Multiple calls and emails later, they told me it *might* be in stock in another 12 days. I am canceling my order and posting this as a warning to other buyers.

Awful Awful and tacky.

I ordered from this company on a Sunday and received confirmation two days later. Then a few days later I get an e-mail from them saying they had to cancel my order because they can't make enough money of my order. I KID YOU NOT!!!!

I called them up to see what was going on and they said, sorry, but nothing we can do. They said they just upped their price on the printer and no longer sell it at the low price. I purchased at the lower price and they upped the price after I already placed my order so canceled it. Wow. Is that tacky or what? I've never heard of such practices. It takes a lot for me to take the time to write a review but this was over the top.

This company has bad customer service practices and doesn't care for the customers.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. I only recommend that people stay away.

The product I ordered was delivered correctly. However, I was subscribed without my consent to their newsletter spam when I made the purchase (no opt-out option)!

I got a message along the lines "Thank you for suscribing to our newsletter! As a benefit, we have subscribed you to our monthly contest!". No link is provided on site to unsubscribe or in the confirmation email.

I emailed the support staff asking to be unsubscribed which apparently was ignored because I received their newsletter some days later. The newsletter did include a link to unsubscribe, which appears to be working. I got a confirmation email...

I dislike being harassed by the people I give my money to.

Was strange to have found the product for two different prices at the same merchant. It just depended on what method used to find the item's page--through the site's search function, it was a few dollars more, but through Microsoft's Live search it was less money AND there's that cash rebate tagged on. I only made one call to find out the status of my order. Oddly, I was given no tracking number, but a polite sales rep emailed it to me immediately after the call. My shipment arrived a day early. Overall, I think it was phenomenal to get what I wanted for $10 cheaper than anywhere else, including eBay, with free shipping (for an item that weighs about 30~40lbs which costs $25 shipping from other online merchants). Could not be more satisfied with my purchase.

The shipping costs significantly exceeded the price of the part. On checking the price with USPS it should have been less than half of what I was charged. I will find another supplier.

they must have a deal with ups for cheaper rates to drop your order off at the nearest postoffice where you will have to waste your time and gas going to do there job and pick it up after you just paid to have it deliverd to your house---- Unacceptable after paying 9.50 for shipping

I ordered a printer that showed in stock online, after 3 days with no mail tracking info, I emailed the company. I was told the item was discontinued with no further deliveries coming my order was canceled and my card would be refunded within 72 hours. After 4 days and no sign of a refund I called and was told that my card would be refunded that day. After 2 more days I filed a dispute with paypal, that is the card I used, I finally got a refund after filing the dispute. I wouldn't use this company again nor will I recomend them to anyone.

Review is incomplete because I am still waiting on the shipment. I do understand that the product in question is high in demand. However, I was quite surprised to find that I have already been charged for the product that has not been shipped.

This place is absolutely wonderful, and the Customer Service is responsive. I have no idea what Mister Crabby Pants was saying about "smack of online fraud" (what does that even mean?), but I can say from personally doing business here in Cleveland on a regular basis with the people at Comp Source that they have been nothing but excellent and professional.

They're an online company, but I regularly place my orders over the phone and pick them up at their facility on Superior Ave., and let me tell you these are nice, honest, hard-working people. I highly recommend that you shop here.

It was awesome, I purchased several items all with free shipping. I couldn't believe my eyes when it was all at my doorstep the NEXT DAY! I had a technical question and decided to try CompSource instead of the manufacture and they were able to answer my question with only two rings vs. 2 hours with vendor tech support. The website offered free shipping on this item when I ordered it, however did not deduct the shipping charge. When I contacted CompSource, I was sent a link to the item that had removed all of the free shipping notes from the item. I e-mailed a scanned copy of the printouts I had made that clearly showed free shipping, and was ignored. I'm pursuing the shipping refund through my credit card.

Before making the purchase I asked a question regarding a particular item via email and never recieved a response - that didn't really boost my confidence but because the prices were really good I went ahead with the purchase any way. And, I'm very pleased with the result - Very. I think I had the entire order (4 subwoofers and 4 speakers) in less than a week. I am also very pleased with the quality of the merchandise - they sound great! Thanks!

DONT BUY FROM THIS STORE!!!! I purchased a seagate hard drive from this seller. They had the lowest price. I waited four days for my purchase only to discover an email in my mailbox stating that they were not honoring their advertised price. For a Difference of $17 they cancelled my order and told me i could repurchase the item at the new higher price.
