I bought a pair of headphones (wireless) which, unfortunately would not function. The reason doesn't matter. I returned them on the 18th of January by US mail. As yet, I have not seen a credit posted to my credit card account. (Correction: I just checked, and I see a credit. Thank you.)

I placed the order on 01/05/08. Have yet to receive it. I've made three inquiries thus far and have heard three excuses: "In stock, but having difficulty, should be shipped early next week". Next week: "Everyone is in Las Vegas at a convention. Will get it shipped next week." The next week (last week); "It's still on back order, should be shipped this week or early next week." I'M STILL WAITING! I intend to cancel today and order from another.

Item was pre-ordered on 11/24. Release date was scheduled for 12/19. On 12/17, I was informed by a CompSource representative that the developer was in litigation resulting in a further delay of the release. My order was then cancelled. Upon further investigation, it was found that this information was inaccurate. I contacted the service rep whom cancelled my order and received the following reply - "I am sorry for this inaccurate information on regards of the developer. If you wish to replace the order I will assure you the same spot in queue for the item but we are not getting these anytime soon. We are expecting our shipment to arrive early next year, any further questions please do not hesitate to contact me." On the plus side, the reply was prompt and, as you can see, courteous.

I ordered a product on November 24. I did not receive any shipping information, so after 2 weeks, I emailed them. I was told the item would be in stock Dec 16. When it did not arrive, I sent another email & was told that the "estimated"
ship date is now December 26th. This item was charged to my credit card on November 24. I was never notified that the item was back ordered. The item was to be a Christmas present - am I supposed to give my son an IOU?

I placed an order on 12-7-07. I checked to see ship date several days. I finally became worried and called customer service. I was told, ONLY BECAUSE I CALLED, that this item was back ordered til Christmas Eve as the ETA. NOT ACCEPTABLE! NOT TO MENTION DAM POOR BUSINEsS AND PR. If I had not called you I would have never known! BAD BUSINESS!!!!!! I WOULD HAVE LOOKED PRETTY DAM DUMB SHOWING UP AT MY FAMILY HOME WITHOUT A GIFT FOR MY OWN PARENTS. DO NOT USE THIS STORE!! They charged my card immediately, then never shipped the item. I eventually contacted them to cancel the order. They said they were refunding my payment, but I have waited days and no refund has shown up on my credit card.

I oredered this producton 11/11. There was no record of it's despatch 4 days later, despite them taking payment immediately. I contacted them - no reply. On 11/26 I contacted them again - told it would be despatched 11/30. It has still not been despatched. I am returning to the UK on 12/15 for 3 months, and need it for then - how do I get it!

I was charged for a backordered product. After waiting for two weeks I called and was told the wait was another three weeks. I cancelled the order, but have not received a credit as of this date--december 2--.

I ordered a Philips PM488 Mini-Cassette Voice Recorder, and instead received a Mini Cassette tape. I received no response to 2 emails, and a telephone call resulted in my being told that the ad was for a tape (it wasn't, and I have the printout to prove it).
