on time delivery- got what i've ordered- honoured coupons they send- plus: a massager bought broke easily and very soon.... sent it back and got a new one at the shipping cost.

This company lacks integrity!
I had to pay to send back their poorly built backpack, then they also deducted their shipping from my refund! It cost me $22.00 to get rid of the piece of junk. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Their merchandise is cheap and they rip you off when you try to return it. I have never dealt with a company so cheap! |

Be real sure you want what you order before you order or you could lose money returning it.
I ordered an Outdoor Lafuma Recliner Chair on May 2, 2007 as a gift and received it on May 15. It was not what the person wanted so we never opened the package and I returned the chair on May 29th, having followed all required return authorization policy procedures. It is now July 10th and besides having to pay shipping both ways($80) I have called twice and still have not received my refund. |

Will never use again! I paid for 3 day delivery on umbrella base. I received the confirmation of the order. 4 days later, got confirmation that it was finally being shipped, to find out, it wasn't shipped. It was on BACK ORDER. The product wouldn't be available for 3 weeks. In the meantime, they have it all over the internet saying that they have 50 in stock for some other sucker to buy from them. I see that I'm not alone with this happening again and again. Don't use them if you actually want to receive what you are looking for.

I ordered a play kitchen for my daughter's Christmas present. I called them directly to place the order and verify that it was in stock. Only when I followed up with the order five days later, was I told it was not in stock. They never called me to tell me this. I barely had time to order a replacement gift (from another company)and I had to pay $100 in express shipping to get it before Christmas. Their customer service offered a 7.7% discount on any future item I order from them...this doesn't even start to make up for their screw-up. I will never order anything from them again. Make sure you read reviews on companies before doing business with them. I didn't do this, but I will from now on.

I ordered a replacement for an air filter in August of 2005. My card was charged immediately and I received an e-mail, 2 in fact that my order was "confirmed." I have yet, as of January of 2006, to receive the filter. Neither have I had response to e-mails, or a refund from The Comfort Channel. Checking on line on the 'status' shows it still 'confirmed'. This seems to be the way they operate, your order is simply confirmed, forever, with no plans on shipping it.

I was impressed. I ordered a hot lather machine for my father just four days before Father's Day. I chose their expedited 3-day shipping, and they delivered on their promise... and it arrived on time. Received tracking information to boot. Couldn't have been a better experience. The price for the body pillow I had ordered from Comfort Channel was not the best I have seen through price shopping, but their website seemed to be the friendliest. I noticed they had a "best price guarantee" so I called them up and sure enough, they matched their competitor's price. Delivery was quicker than expected even though I had this shipped to a different address than my own, and it was nice to be able to know that it reached its destination with the tracking information they had sent to me. All-in-all I had a terrific experience with Comfort Channel and would not mind shopping with them again.

VERY, VERY disappointed. I placed my order (2 items) on 3/18/05. I received one item rather promptly BUT as of this date, 5/2/05, I have not received my 2nd item. I have e-mailed ComfortChannel and Zearth 4 times but no response. I will never order from this ComfortChannel again!

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! They also go by the name of Zearth.com. I was sold a faulty patio heater. They agreed to pay for a repair to the faulty part. I agreed to this. UPS picked up the faulty part from my house and sent it to their repair center. UPS

Bought a Hunter 30375 Air Purifier from ComfortChannel.com. They had the best price (one lower price was a floor model, check fine print!), and UPS ground shipping was free. Fast delivery, product arrived in good working order. Only minor hitch: the wrong packing slip was attached to one of the two boxes. Otherwise, full satisfaction! |
