Customer Service is TERRIBLE. They charged my account for all the items even though on their website it states they will not charge your account until the item ships. I only got a confirmation of shipping on one item. I had to email them many times on the status of the other items. I even tried to call during business hours, but I received the after business hours recording. They kept on giving me the info on the item I already received. They finally told me the status of the other two items: one item they just got in from the manufacturer and the other item they no longer carry. They advised my account would receive a credit within 3 business days. I sent more emails to them, and finally someone called. “Sarah” was trying to tell me I was never charged for the item, my total was far less than the listed price. I had to explain to her the discount that was applied to my order. She did not know how to calculate the amount. You would think she would have my order/invoice in front of her before calling?! She said the credit would show in 3 business days (where have I heard that before). Still haven't seen the credit. It has been over a month going back and forth with them. I finally called again and got thru. I talked with “Mark” and he was having trouble determining the credit amount. I finally told him the amount and asked him when I should see the credit. While talking to him, he was talk to another co-worker.
The prices are very good if there are no complications with your order. If there are, you’ll have a hard time with their so called “customer service”.
