Ordered a Isotonic mattress set with Comfort House. After a couple of e-mails concerning shipping details, I became uncertain as to whether I had done the right thing by ordering such a large item over the net. I opted to cancel my order the next day after checking the status on the Comfort House web site. My status indicated that my credit card was being checked. Orders that are sent on to the shipper require a 5% restocking fee according to the site. That is exactly what Comfort House charged me for my order cancellation. Total amount came out to $75.00 (5% of $1500.00) for my mistake. Comfort House made their money on the deal and in the interim lost a customer for a lifetime. For this reason, I do not recommend this company. There are other companies that are more generous in this area and those that realize that satisfied customers return and bring others with them. Check around...sometimes the best price does not indicate the best customer experience.
