I placed a order exactly one month ago. I received a call more than two weeks later to confirm my order due to the shipping address be different than my billing address. Both addresses are associated with my card. I confirmed this with my card. The rep told me my order was being shipped that day and I would receive it in four days. On the fifth day after that call, I received an email saying my order had been shipped. I was forced to go purchase toner locally, which is double the cost, due to the problems with this site. I received my order today, and half the order was missing. I called them and I get the same "Your order will be shipped today and we'll offer you 10% off your next order." I had them cancel it and refund the remaining portion of my order. They are doing this, but it will take 7-10 days. Being that these are remanufactured toner cartridges, I am extremely skeptical about the quality after the horrible service I received from this site.I will not be ordering anything from this site in the future and I suggest anyone reading this do the same.

***Update: After they told me my order was not shipped, would not be shipped, and I would receive a refund, they shipped it anyway and it arrived yesterday. They must have shipped it overnight or two day, since it took almost 4 weeks to receive the first set.
