The itenm is beautiful, but the web site did not inform me that first time buyers were required to pay in full (not set up payments) for the item to be shipped. Had I not called, I would not know that at all. I was happy to pay in full, but it seemed I was being encouraged online to set up payments so I did. If that option is not available to first-time buyers, the web site should be clear on this.

The delivery was good, I received the order a day earlier than I expected, of course I paid for the express delivery. However, I am having a hard time contacting them with the concerns and problems I have with the doll I purchased. My emails I keep sending keep coming back undeliverable. I have tried at least 3 different email addresses. They need to have better customer service.

Shopping was great, shipping was fast - but product arrived in a styrofoam box with a huge hole in it's side, and which had been patched and taped back together by the postal department. I was very afraid it was dmaged, but on first sight it appears to be ok. But I will keep my eye on it for the next couple of weeks.

Everything went very smoothly. My packages arrived quite quickly. Very safely packaged. I do feel that the extra amount of money for shipping was overpriced.15.95 per plate for 6-9 day delivery. Basically if you didn't pay the extra money it was 4-6 weeks to get the order which I found rather radiculous. It almost felt like extortion. I think the regular shipping amount was fine but think 2 week wait would be a lot more realistic. I think people would be more inclined to make many more purchases if they didn't have to pay such high shipping fees and wait so long to get their items. I think the business would make out better in the long run. Then people could save money on shipping and buy bigger ticket items. I mean come on I know it didn't really need to cost 32.00 for two little 7 inch plates to be delivered in a week. US mail delivers in that time and it probably would of been less then 10.00. If the shipping wouldn't of cost so much I would of ordered another collection. I actually had 1 picked out and had to cancel because of shipping costs. SAD

Site navigation was excellent. Ordering process was easy and the product was recieved quicker than expected. You should however offer gift wrapping and the opportunity to include a message to the individual that someone may be sending the item to. For example, this was a gift for my mother and I would have liked to have been able to have it wrapped and an attached message included.

Do not order any series through them. I ordered the Studio Hummel Monthly Memories and was told that only 10 were produced and they could not send me the last 2. Found out from another CS rep that they were produced but I just was one of the unlucky ones that didn't get it complete. So they are really unreliable and I would never order from them again. I was told by Hummel they over-ordered.

Stay Away from Collectibles Today!!! Current customers dont take my word for it
Call or e-mail them and ask for a customer history/statementyou wont get it. Did they incorrectly ship an unrelated product and you returned it; try to track down where the credit was issued. Want a list of all the products they shipped or what all is in the series, good luck with that even if you do get an answerbeware of sudden additions or shortages months later. The product is decent, however they are a nightmare to deal with.

collectibles has some great items but one major fault I have with you is the lack of ethnic items. All your items with portraits or facial products portray caucasian persons (angels, santas, etc.) I am an African American and I find it frustrating to see no ethnicity with most of your products. I am sure you feel your biggest base of customers will not be of an ethnic background but like I said, the products that I have purchased have been good, quality products. I have a problem with the limited selection of ethnic products.

Horrible service.ordered 2 ornamnets for xpress Christmas Delivery. This was early Dec 2007. 1st of the 2 ornaments recived near end of january...second still unaccounted for. Everytime I inquire on ship date I'm told a month later than the previous response.

The problem was you billed my credit card more than once creating overdraft...need a better system...take the $$ out at time of sale...not hold it...i made atotal of 3 phone calls & faxed bank records.....i hope next time there is an improvement....not a happy camper!
