The web site was totally unfriendly. I had wanted to send one of these to my sister in Indiana and had asked for multiple address for the purchase but the screen was finished before I got to put in her address. Now I have to pay an additional fee to ship the one package to her when it should have been sent from the supplier. I probably would not use this supplier and/or web site again.

Quality of item was not what I expected for the price. I am still waiting on a return label for product. There was no certificate of authenticiy with purchase nor any other paper work included in package.

The picture on the website was definitely more attractive than the item received. I thought this item was cheap looking and overpriced and the shipping cost for express mailing was ridiculous. I saw the postage cost was $4.60 and it cost me $20.00 for express shipping. I only get ripped off once.

Don't know what to say. Got exactly what I wanted, and expected at a reasonable price, delivered quickly, email about product prior to purchase returned quickly and with complete information desired. Service a customer should receive from all business.

Experience was HORRIBLE!! Saw a statue in a magazine, ordered it, received it. A few weeks later another doll comes. WHAT? I am now in a collection that automatically charges my credit card every 4 weeks. I called them to tell them I was upset that they did not make this clear that I was in a club to buy the whole collection. That seemed nice on the phone and cancelled the collection.... or did they?!?!? No, I kept getting bills and dolls, so I had to call my credit card and get reimbursed for dolls I returned. A month goes by, thinking this company was finally gone from my life, and bam a bill comes that says this my final installment is due for something called "Shopping Excursion"???? What does that mean?? So I will be reporting them to the BBB. Now I will have to call them again and ask them why am I receiving ANOTHER bill? Highly NOT recommended.

I was stumped on what to buy my mother mother's day, so I googled and found this website. There were so many good thoughts and choices for me there! It was easy to order and although it was sort of last minute, the gift arrived on time and at a reasonable shipping price! I was very satisfied all the way around!

Placed an order (well within the 8 week maximum time limit) for a birthday present. The birthday came and went - no delivery. I called the customer service line and they said another 8-10 week delay. After pressuring her about this, she simply said that the item was backordered and they had no idea whatsoever when they would get it in. So, the original esitmate of 6-8 weeks was a wild guess, as was the 8-10 week estimate. Very unprofessional!

I received the product broken and when I called about it; I was told that I should receive a new product in about 6-10 days...since I paid extra for priority shipping; I didn't understand why I had to wait so long for the replacement. I sent an email and they assured me that I would have it earlier, but I still don't have it, so I'm not sure when it's coming. It was a gift for a co-worker who lost her dad, so the delay is NOT good!!!
