I got what I ordered on time, it was in perfect condition and was even prettier than the pictures on the website. Overall I had a very good shopping experience with this company and would use them again in the future and would recommend them to my friends also

The article rec'd was not what I expected. I feel that the "ad" was misrepresented. I have sent the "begining" Monthly tile back, as I didn't want continous monthly tiles for the calendar. I haven't rec'd word that the article was rec'd by Collectiblestoday.com. I did sent an e-mail and never got a reply>

Item damaged when received. (Santa's Sleigh does not rotate around tree; star on top of tree does not light; music box out of tune. Emailed immediately regarding problem, however never received a response. Would still like a response from the merchant regarding defective product.

Paid for express shipping and now it is 12/24/07 and we still haven't received the bracelet... Just spoke with our mail person and she said it was not in her truck. Very disappointed, as this was a Christmas gift.

Would maybe shop here again. Shipping and handling costs too high. Standard is OK, but the site says to expect your order in 6-8 weeks. Paid almost 20.00 to ship a necklace in order to get it within 3 days.

I was able to find what I wanted in less time then shopping at the stores.Nice merchandice. Great directions on "How too" go about ordering. So far the privacy seems good.I am not able to get out and run around town. The purchases are not cheap looking. I realy will do this again. Pb.

From their Customer Service (or I should say, LACK OF) to their email responses, to say nothing, of their shipping services, I can say that Collectibles Today should be shut down. I do LOTS of ordering on line, and have never, ever had an experience like this. The item I ordered on Nov. 8 for Christmas still hasn't arrived and I've given up hope of it making the deadline. Trying to call them and getting through is impossible. The emails are never answered PERSONALLY - just automated responses. They out-and-out lie on their websites. Better Business Bureau, here I come!

I was sent an item not even close to what I ordered. I have returned it, it was also damaged. I sent an email four days ago and have heard Nothing in return! Very Unsatisfied!

The pendant I purchased had to be returned. It was completely unacceptable. I have ordered another one hoping that it was a one time thing. I am still waiting for the replacement to arrive which is a Christmas present.

I have had nothing but misery from Collectibles Today. Not only will I never shop there again, I intend to complain to all companies that have goods sponsored on this site. The internet service is utterly incompetent, the authorization service used is a joke and customer service utterly refuses to help. These people ruined 9 Christmas gifts with their incompetance. They won't get another chance from me.

The web site was totally unfriendly. I had wanted to send one of these to my sister in Indiana and had asked for multiple address for the purchase but the screen was finished before I got to put in her address. Now I have to pay an additional fee to ship the one package to her when it should have been sent from the supplier. I probably would not use this supplier and/or web site again.

The picture on the website was definitely more attractive than the item received. I thought this item was cheap looking and overpriced and the shipping cost for express mailing was ridiculous. I saw the postage cost was $4.60 and it cost me $20.00 for express shipping. I only get ripped off once.
