THE ONLY THING I DIDN'T LIKE WAS THE PACKAGING, IT WAS IN THE STYROFOAM PACKING, I HAD TO FIND BOXES SO I COULD GIVE THEM AS A CHRISTMAS GIFTS, I THOUGHT THE PACKING WAS NOT APPROPRIATE TO GIVE AS A GIFT. OTHER THAN THAT MY EXPERIENCE WAS GREAT WITH MY ORDER.

The website was good. I was given incorrect information, however. After I ordered the item I was informed that it wouldn't ship until January. Since it is a Christmas gift, I was going to cancel the order, but a week later it arrived in the mail. I was happy about that until I opened it. The picture makes it look much better. I was disappointed with the quality of the item. I don't know if I'll shop there again.

One of the items I ordered arrived in a timely fashion, but the other one did not arrive. When I checked the tracking of the order I found both were shipped the same date. I then contacted the company by email to inquire where the other item was. The second item arrived a few days later. I do not know if it was the original shipment or a replacement shipment. I think it would have been helpful if the company could have acknowledged my email and, by return email, advised me what actions were being taken to get my item to me.

While the purchase was easy and the delivery timely, I do not like the subscription aspect of my purchases. I would much rather purchase what I want than have you continue to send pieces that I may not want.
Additionally, you send out far too many advertisements to your customers, reminding them repeatedly of the same offers.

Misleading website - items appear to be in stock and are not - no firm delivery dates provided. Xmas gifts ordered 2 months prior to Xmas and still don't have everything and don't know if it will arrive. Last time I will order anything I need without at least a 3 month lead time to allow them time to get it here. Their products are always very high quality when they do finally arrive - I just wish they would be a little more upfront and let you know when they don't have stock and don't know when they will. Other sites will tell you if items are on backorder.

I placed my order for the Kinkade Victorian Christmas House months ago and it was placed on backorder. Fortunately, it did come in on time, but, for a while I didn't think it would get here by Christmas. It tooks months to get my order. The same with the pendant. Most of the orders I have placed (if they weren't on back order) were delivered very quickly and in perfect condition. I have ordered many times with Collectibles Today and will continue to do so, I just make sure I plan far enough ahead in case something is on back order.

I collect Thomas Kinkade's art and found Collectibles Today to be a nice place to see music boxes and christmas decorations with his paintings.
Ordering was easy and I received it just last week, about 10 days or so from when I ordered which was pleasantly surprising. Their site claimed a much longer delivery time as this was hand-made
Would definitely shop here again.

I ordered Jasmine Goes to Grandmas on August 5th. Almost 4 weeks later, I was notified that my doll would ship by October 12th. Then, that changed to November 25. Next, I got a card in the mail saying my doll couldn't be shipped till DECEMBER 30TH!! This was very frustrating, and I was contemplating what action to take next, when I was notified that an "unexpected shipment from our manufacturer has arrived" and Jasmine would be shipped out on September 24t. Whew!! She finally arrived safe and sound, and I must say the doll is beautiful. I showed her to my parents, and they were convinced she was "so truly real" as advertised =)
I thought my shipment problems might have been a fluke, but then I read the other reviews on hear and realized I was lucky. I would shop at this store again, only because my doll is so fantastic. My one complaint was that the back of her head was barely covered with hair, and the wig cap was VERY visable. I just colored in the cap with a black marker, and now she looks wonderful =) |

I ordered the Thumbelina Doll back in July. Their web site showed it was in stock. I called the toll free number to see if it was, and the people answering the phone cannot check availability. I have called twice since then and received two different shipping dates. Now here it is October and I received a notice in the mail that the shipping date will be in January, 2005, yet their web site shows it's in stock!

I placed an order in early September for my daughter's birthday at the end of November, figuring almost three months would be plenty of time since the item was "currently in stock". When I checked my order status three weeks later because my debit card had not yet been charged, it said delivery on 12/3/04. WAY too late!! I called customer service and they told me it would take that long to get the item from the manufacturer. Well, it wasn't currently in stock then, was it?
Needless to say, I canceled my order immediately. |

Returned for credit to my card, still haven't received credit. Now they have billed me for another doll, which I neither ordered nor received, but it was charged to my Visa card. |
