My order was missing a very important piece. The papers stating the 100 Pearls of Wisdom. When I contacted the company they told me it would take 4 weeks to receive the missing piece. Today I still have not received it. That meant I was out $100 and a wedding gift to give on time. The Bride was to wear it on her wedding day and the words were to be part of the service. We had neither. If I had taken 4 weeks to pay for this purchase you can be sure the company would have turned the account in for collection. What recourse do we as customers have against poor service--None---except of course to warn our friends not to use this company.

I ordered a Hannah Montana doll back in Nov 2008. Was supposed to be a Christmas gift. Kept getting letters saying it would take three months, next month, 4-6 weeks. Still haven't recieved it and the money has already been taken out of my account. After reading some of these reviews I am DEFINITLY not shopping here anymore! Now after speaking to a customer service person she said they don't know when they will ship me one and that they don't have enough orders to even make a doll!!! Something doesn't sound right but I am fixin to get my money back and I won't be on this site anymore! VERY UNSATISIFIED!

I ordered a Mother's Day gift weeks ago, and I have yet to receive it. There is no way to contact this company via phone (lesson leanred...will remember to check for a phone number next time). Now that I am reading all the negative reviews I wonder if I will ever receive this item. They have not responded to my e-mail message, so time will tell. This is very disappointing as I was unable to give this gift to my mother-in-law.

THE WORST ON THE NET, I have ordered from them 3 times, all three times the item was never recieved and pushed out for months!!!! I called them and got no where, it is was an important gift that never shipped and when I went and ordered something else again...the worst I have ever delt with on the net, I would warn anyone that orders from them to look else where...it is a night mare and to get your money back...well be prepared to wait for months on that too. Stay away from them go anywhere but there....be careful there are mirror sites out there that are them to hide the fact that it is them!!! Buyer Beware!
I can not understand how a company like this can continue selling on the web, I would think their merchant account would of been removed becasue of their practises, I just hope someone sees this before deciding on a purchase with them. |

Their shipping policy is the worst in the world. I am a retired postal worker and as bad as the post office can be at times, they are not that bad. I ordered 2 necklaces for my 2 daughters who live in New York. They shipped them on April 8th from Illinois and said it will take 2-3 weeks to arrive. I can walk fro Illinois to New York in 2-3 weeks for crying out loud. They told me they shipped it by regular mail, at the most it should take 4 days for delivery. I have written them for an explanation and they can't give me one. Something is definately wrong with this picture. It is very easy to blame the Post office, but anybody knows you can usually send a letter or package from NY to California by regular mail and outside of Christmas it will get there in 4-5 days, so come on, who are they fooling.

I ordered two Daughter Pendants from Collectibles today on 12/18 and paid for express shipping with a guarantee of delivery before christmas. They never arrived. When I called they said I needed to call the post office yet they could not give me any tracking mechanism. I called back and they said they would send again 12/29 with guaranteed delivery by 12/31. It never came. Now they say it will arrive by 1/12. This was my daughters xmas present that she did not get. These people are HORRIBLE. NEVER ORDER FROM THEM!!!

HORRIBLE service. We placed an order on November 15, express delivery. It was never received. Reordered mid-December and was told by customer service that they would reship UPS for two-day delivery. Again, it was never received. When I called to see what the problem was, I was told that they sent USPS and shipped on December 26, for delivery in five to six business days. The supervisor raised her voice at me, saying that they did all they could do and it's not their responsibility if something gets lost in the mail. Amazing! To date, six weeks after the order date, we have given them over $125.00 and have received NOTHING.

I must say this is the sorriest buying experience I have encountered online or in a retail business. I ordered 3 items " guaranteed delivery by Xmas" with express shipping. I recieved one item in good shape ( but not near the quality indicated )
the second item arrived BROKEN in pieces and the 3rd item I have never recieved at all and it is Xmas Eve night. So much for the guarenteed delivery. This item was shipped on Dec 8th by the way. Customer service is absolutely WORTHLESS ! Just say NO to these people. If you want something guaranteed by Xmas I suggest ordering in July. You might just get your order then ! |
