BUYER BEWARE: DO NOT SIGN UP FOR ANY COLLECTIONS!! I subscribed to their Berta Hummel Monthly Memories Collection in fall of 2004. As of today, August 5, 2007, I'm still waiting for the final piece of collection. Company promises that by signing up for a collection that you'll receive a COMPLETE collection, that you reserve ALL pieces in the collection, and that you'll receive them every one to two months. Which means that I should have received all pieces within twelve to twenty-four months. Actual shipment dates ranged between one and four months or as in the case of the final piece--NEVER!! I contacted the company to find out where my final piece was and was informed that "due to heavy demand that it was sold out and no longer available." The collection has been "retired." The company did not fulfill their promises to reserve all the pieces for a complete collection or shipment in a timely manner. Talked to customer service rep and their supervisor about the situation. I was told that I could possibly find it on ebay. (They should be the ones searching the net for my final piece!) Company says I can mail the entire collection plus display shelf for a refund of the $385.00 that I've already paid. But I CANNOT TRUST them to follow through on this promise, either! I even wrote a certified letter with restricted delivery to the head of the customer service department, Carol Simms. Her department sent me a similar note, with her stamped signature on it, that I could mail it back for a refund. No explanation to my questions as to what happened to my COMPLETE COLLECTION. SIGN UP AT YOUR OWN RISK!!
