Simply awful. Don't use this store. I ordered a Christmas present on 12/21 with 2-day shipping. The receipt stated I would have the item on 12/23. On 12/22 I received a call to verify the shipping address. I was concerned that the item wasn't shipped

Very displeased with an order that was supposed to arrive before Christmas. On Decemember 23rd we were getting concerned about the order after worrying last week and calling last week were ensured that the order would arrive before Christmas. Guess what we found out tonight (Christmas Eve Eve), the order was on hold and ClubMac had the nerve to tell us they would have it here on the 26th and would waive the shipping costs. Someone other than me please let ClubMac know that Christmas is on the 25th, and Santa comes on the 24th, Christmas Eve night. I was also offended when they were ONLY willing to waive the shipping costs for something that was their error. Needless to say we were very upset. We had to cancel the order and hopefully be able to find the items we ordered in the morning here locally. I will ensure that others I know stays away from ClubMac for their poor service, not to mention the trouble finding a representative that you can understand in CLEAR English.

Don't ever order anything from ClubMac! On November 20th, I ordered an Ipod with free engraving. Website said it was in stock, would ship quickly, which was what I wanted, since it was a birthday present (birthday was on 12/1).

STAY AWAY FROM CLUBMAC!!!
I ordered 10 camcorders form them on July 30, 2009. on their website, the product is advertised as being "in stock, ships the same day". Today is Aug 8, 2008 they still have yet to ship the camcorders. they did not notify of any problem or delay. I Called to cancel the order and refund me for the purchase, they refuse. They said I must wait for the product to arrive, accept delivery then obtain a RMA from them to return the product before I can have a refund. What type of crap is this? |

I have tried to buy something from Clubmac but finallly I never bought any because they have a very very bad process checking a credit card. They have the worst customer service(all departments) I've ever seen. They lied on my face many things and many times. They never contact me about any concerns. I had to call them many times and I got only fake excuse.

NEVER buy anything from this company. I placed an order on January 17th, the next day I got an email saying I needed to call them to verify the order. After being on hold for twenty minutes, I verified the order. Ten days later, I checked the order status and it still had not shipped. I called again (thirty minutes on hold) and was told I needed to re-reverify the order. Keep in mind, I have not been notified via e-mail or phone that I needed to call them again. When I finally got through, the agent said it was in stock and that they would ship it overnight. The next day I got an e-mail saying the item was discontinued. They did not offer an alternate product- not even a "we're sorry." Also, all the phone reps were rude and abrupt.
This was supposed to be a birthday present for my father and now I'm the bad kid who didn't send him anything. Thanks alot, Club Mac. |

They listed a shipping rebate if you used UPS (which was higher cost)on their website order form. I could not find a rebate form anywhere so I called after I received the order. The customer service rep basically told me "tough shi-" you had to order over $99 to qualify. So this order cost me more to have shipped than it should have and their rep was not helpful at all-couldn't have cared less. Their website is misleading in regards to this also.
I would not shop from them again as there are many stores that give good customer service and are not misleading. |

Terrible customer service. I wasted over 2 hours of my time waiting on hold and in the end they cancelled my order despite assuring me it was about to ship three times:
I ordered a refurbished iMac 17" Intel that I was told was in stock. I needed to call to confirm the order the next day, which took 42 minutes for someone to answer the phone. They confirmed and said it would be shipping later the same day. I got another message asking to call later that day. 15 minutes later someone answered the phone and asked the same confirmation. They said it was in the warehouse and on the way. Another message the next day asking for confirmation. It took just 31 minutes to answer the phone this time. Confirmed again and was told it was now shipping from the warehouse. Later the same day I get a message saying the item is now out of stock and the order is cancelled. |

Everything about ClubMac is fine except the website, which is very slow. Often I would start clicking or scrolling through items, not realizing the page wasn't fully loaded, and when it finally finished loading, it would jerk the screen past what I was looking at. This is the equivalent of someone jerking away the sheet of paper you're about to write on, or jerking away the chair you're about to sit on. Extremely annoying. Other than that, I would visit your website again - with caution.

Not until purchase was accepted with credit card was a sales tax mentioned. The total amount I approved was before any sales tax was mentioned. Until then only the price of the item and the shipping were shown. I would have shopped elsewhere had sales tax been in the total amount. The merchant does not reside in my state and I paid sales tax.

Its hard to find the products on your website. I was looking for a charger for the digital camera I purchased but in my search it didn't pull up the right item or if it did it was on the 10 or so page of the search. I ended up purchasing it at ebatteries.com because I became frustrated. The ordering experience and camera were excellent. I love the camera and it was an great price! Would shop at clubmac.com for low prices again.

Ordered computer and accessories on a Monday. I used a brand new card and had to do some of my own homework to get the card to work, not the merchants fault. By Wednesday the card was approved. On Friday I checked the web site to track my order and found it listed as "back order". I sent customer service and email asking about how long the back order would be. I received no reply, but by late Monday the order was processed and shipped out. Everything arrived two days later in good order. I bought several items the involved rebates but no explanation accomanied the product. Had to go back to the web site, download about four coupons, find a copiers, address four envelopes and finally got it all sent it. I pain in the tuckus.

This is the worst place I have ever shopped from, especially their customer service. I have so far sent 5 e-mails to them asking about the stocking information but they have ignored every single one. They never even e-mailed me about my product being out of stock or when it will be in stock at all. Now they are ignoring my emails to cancel my order so, I'll end up paying for it even though I don't need it. I recommend everyone to stay away from purchasing anything from this website. They will rip you off.

When calling the customer service line, I spoke with a very rude gentleman who said that my order was on backorder and the date it would be available was unknown. I spoke with several people only to find out my order had been canceled without my knowledge and I did not receive any e-mail about this.
