(1)The Email site where you put your address in, automatically puts in a American state. This is a problem for international shoppers. (2)No one contacted me to verify the address,or to inform me that they had even sent the product.

In my opinion, shipping took too long. I also feel that this merchant should notify people in the Web site that shipping can take up to two weeks from the time ordered. If I had known this ahead of time I would have selected express shipping or bought the products somewhere else. Instead, I recieved an email after I had ordered outlining the shipping policy.

These guys are great! I ordered a bunch of gear for my husband right before Christmas (last minute) and was nervous I would not receive it in time, but it all arrived promptly without a hitch. I have ordered two more times since then, and have always had a positive experience. Their website is easy to navigate and the customer service folks are super nice and helpful.

I found out that the dude in charge of their website is sponsored by Metolius and La Sportiva! These guys are cool and it seems like they know their stuff. They helped me put together a package deal with biners and cams and gave me a deal on it. I found them at DealTime and called them up and placed a phone order. They must have shipped it out that day cause I had my stuff in four days.
