my experience is not a good one. Clearance club is charging approx. 35 dollars to ship out a computer through fedex without any other options. I found that computer 47 dollars cheaper anyway on another website. so I was going to be charged an EXTRA 82 dollars to order from this website. NO THANK YOU!!!
I will do my business with the other website. Thanks a bunch clearance club! ps... they can debit directly from your bank account. so the "overnight" shipping, is truly overnite. *which is the same price as your BASIC shipping CC!!!! |

Pros: They have some great deals on laptops. I got a $3000 Sony Vaio for $1200. The extended warranty is fairly priced (I was a bit nervous about quality, as I have never purchased a refurb before).
I had a question regarding shipping, and was answered promptly. It was shipped within 24 hours of placing the order. They managed to send it to Iraq insured mail with no issues. So far I have had no problems with the laptop that weren't resolved by updating the drivers. Cons: The package came with no discs, but did come installed with a program to create my own recovery discs. Also, it came with practically no documentation. The website also looks very unproffesional and almost put me off from buying from them. Summary: Great deals. Good experience. Will shop with them again. |

I recently bought an FZ290EBB from ClearanceClub.com, what a great purchase! The computer is refurbished and so far so good, my friend bought a new one and had issues with the camera - so i'm glad that my refurbished one works really well. I think they check their stock before they ship them or something.
This is my second purchase from ClearanceClub.com and i will go back next year and buy something else. |

These guys are great. I needed a PC for some work I do. I usually only work off of Macs but I needed a PC for a jod. I needed it quick and to be cheap but to have all of the functions I needed. I didn’t want to go with a desktop because I would need it while on the move. I called these guys to see what they had and the reps were able to direct me to the right area of computers. Got what I wanted and it is perfect for what I needed.

I had a computer for a while and it finally was time to upgrade. When I started searching, I first found this company on Amazon. A friend suggested I keep shopping and so I did. I came across this company a few more times in my search. I even called them up about a week before I was ready to make my purchase to get some comparative info on a couple of computers to see what would best suit me. They were able to answer all of my questions except 1. I have software that I have to run for my dental office and they advised I call the software company to make sure there would not be any compatibility issues. Great thing they did, because after speaking with the software folks I decided to go with a different computer. Luckily the computer I decided on Clearance club carried also so I was able to purchases it from them. Things worked out great with them. I will shop there again. I already had a few friends get their computers from them and they had the same positive experience.

This was a pleasent experiance. I had a few problems with my order, none were their fault, but I must say that the good folks over at the clearance club helped me out alot. First when I placed my order, I used the wrong credit card. They allowed me to change it without a porblem. Then, I entered the wrong shipping address. I put in my home address, and I had to call them again to change the address to my work address. The last problem was that I got sick when I was supposed to receive it so I did not go to work, I had to have the folks over at the clearance club change the shipping address with fedex. they were nice enough to do it for me. I told them they were so nice to me I would write a review about it. And besides that, I got the computer and I love it.

Just got a refurbished computer from them. It looks brand new. Seems to be running fine also. don't hesitate to order from them, just go for it. I let the first computer I really wanted slip through my fingers because I was lyry about refurbished equipment. I took the reps advice and got a warranty and now that I have the computer and see how good it looks and it running I may cancel that warranty. Their Customer servie is better than most, TRUST ME! And their website was easy to order from.

I was in the market for a gift for my brother. He is an avid reader so I figured one of those E’Book readers would work out great. I got him a refurbished one from these guys and it has worked out great. It came and It is in great condition. I have gotten refurbished stuff before but u can usually tell it was previously used. The stuff these guys sell is in really good condition. If their refurbished stuff is always like this it is a really good sign.. He loves the reader and i am thinking about going back to these guys for a computer. They seem to have pretty good prices onem and it was fairly easy enough to order from them.

No one on the internet got swagger like them. I got an order from that them 1 time, and after I got my computer my sister saw it and she needed 1. Her computer had kicked the bucket and she was in the middle of finals. I called them and ordered her a computer. It was 2 day'd to her and it worked perfectly. Then I think maybe a week later I received a carrying case in the mail from them. They actually sent me a free carrying case (as a thank you) along with a note thanking me for my referral. That is the best! I have never been sent anything for free let alone given a thank you by a company for simply passing them business along. I must say Take a chance with these guys! They are great.

I have been shopping around for a computer for a little while. It seemed like everytime I found something; something better and cheaper would come out. Finally I settled on a Fujitsu computer after doing some research and shopping. I got a great Fujitsu computer for fewer than 1000 bucks from the good people at clearance club. When I started shopping with them I was kind of scare because I don't ship on line much. I called them and they took my order and answered the questions I had on the computer I was getting, how the Vista operating system was and on their store policies. I have to say, they were so professional and well informed It took my breath away.
For someone who doesn't shop online much, I really enjoyed my shopping experience with them and they made me more confident about making more purchases on line. I have sent my daughters boyfriend to these guys and he shops online allot, and said that they were as easy as you get. |

This was the very best online shopping experience of my life. I found clearanceclub afer going through the run around with another online company that claimed to have the computer I wanted but didn't. I called the folks over at clearanceclub to mk sure that they really had the unit and to see when it was available to ship. I really appreciated that they didn't lie to me and they told me that the unit wouldn't ship until the next day at the soonest. I got the computer 5 days later and was able to complete some much needed work. The computer works great still! Iknow most of the time unhappy people are the only ones that write reviews but I wanted to take this time to spread some good feedback for once. Thanks clearanceclub and I will be shopping with them again.

Kudos to Clearance Club! I was in a big time bind. I needed a computer before I had to leave on a business trip but needed to get a computer. So of course circumstances and my sheer procrastinating attitude made me wait until the very last minute to order the thing. I found a Sony computer that they had listed for a fantastic price and decided to go for it! Well because I needed the thing I had to get it shipped overnight at this point and didnt really know if I could get it on time. So I took the chance figuring that if push came to shove I could just cancel it and get it at a local store. Thankfully, clearance club got the computer to me on time through fedex! They were the perfect place for me. I highly recommend that and I will be returning to them.

This was my third attempt at purchasing a laptop. My first 2 tries we with companies that were less than honest with their advertising of an "In Stock" item. Clearance Club was my third and honestly final attempt at buying this unit online. I found a nice Toshiba that had the specs I was looking for. I was worried at first because I put in my order and didn't get so much as a phone call (like I had gotten from the other 2 jerk companies as they made excesses). But when I received my computer 3 days after placing the order I realized why I had not herd from them. They had shipped my computer! I figured I would spread some good Karma and thank the company.

After reading allot of the reviews and stuff about clearance club, i was kinda shaky on weather i should take a chance on them. I needed a laptop for school because mines totally kicked the bucket on me. And I needed one fast! I found clearance club online and decided to research them a bit. I even called up and spoke to them and found them to be pretty nice people. They had a pretty easy ordering system. They didn't hassle me about anything other than the fact that I entered my address wrong. Transposed the digits ya know! But the people at Clearance Club were great in helping me quickly get that resolved. I really enjoyed my online shopping experience with them.

I had been looking for a computer for quiet some time. The goo people at clearance club were very helpful when I called in. The clearance club people were able to get me a computer I liked and in the price range I was looking to spend. It arrived very fast and it runs great! It actually got here faster than i expected it to. It has the vista os and I really like it. I didn't know if I would but i do. clearance club was good at helping me select a model because i don't know that much about computers.

Mainly i was drawn to this store for its prices. Some of them were actually too good too be true, but after doing a bit of research here i found no reason not to buy from them. I bought a Fujitsu Core 2 Duo laptop at almost half the price of what i could find anywhere else. That thing looks like a Macbook :) and works beautifully. Clearance Club delivered very fast and the laptop arrived in perfect condition. Based on this experience I can only recommend these guys...

I've bought from ClearanceClub twice now, one high performance Sony laptop and more recently a top of the line ultra portable model. Both times no one could touch their pricing. I was also having problems getting the exact specs on what I wanted, I called in and they were the only ones I could get accurate information from on how many memory slots were free in the laptop I was getting. Both orders arrived exactly as they were advertised and on time. I had to call in to verify, I don't mind doing this as I've had my identity stolen. The second order everything went off without a hitch.

I purchased an ACER laptop from Clearance Club Online because they had what I was looking for and the price was competitive. I had to call to find out why I did not receive the tracking number for shipment. The order was delayed by about 5 days and so I did not get the laptop until after Christmas. I don't know if CC or the ACER dropped the ball, but CC customer service was excellent in resolving the issue. In fact, the laptop was upgraded to a faster CPU, and CC shipped a free computer case just to say, "Sorry for the inconvenience." I know it gets hectic around the holiday season, and CC customer service was very helpful to assure customer satisfaction.

I wanted all the features and within a budget and it fitted out very fine. The customer service was helpfull and when I told them that I needed a clean piece because I wouldn't be available in the country to communicate incase I Run into trouble. Ordered Laptop off an ad that was emailed to me. The laptop was different in the photo's than the one I recieved. I was told that it was my fault for assuming that the item I recieved would be the same as the one in the photo. To make things worse, I have to pay a 15% restocking fee if I return it....I am VERY upset, and will never use them again... BEWARE what you purchase from them.

Ordered (as advertised on their website) a "New" computer. Received and email just before arrival that stated to "call when you get this message. It appears that our warehouse shipped out a Factory Reconditioned unit rather than a brand new unit AS YOU ORDER BY MISTAKE"...I have a printout of the page on their website that clearly said it was a "new" computer. Was on the phone with them when the Fedex driver arrived with the computer, did not accept deliver and told them that while on the phone. I ordered new, that's what I paid for and that's what I wanted. They said "you may take a look at the factory reconditioned unit and test it to see if you would be willing to keep it"...hello, I order NEW. There was never any offer to reduce the price paid ($1900.00) because it was "used". Unit went back 8 days ago and they went ahead and charged my credit card that amount....bait and switch folks...now I have to try and dispute this through my credit card company....don't buy here!!

Clearance Club sent me a defective monitor. Now that I am returning it, they have informed me that I am responsible for the RETURN SHIPPING of the DEFECTIVE product, despite the fact that I am simply seeking an exchange for the same product without defects. This shipping cost is IN ADDITION TO the $49 for the original shipping PLUS $49 for a warranty!
Also, they do not have people answer the phone if you select that you have a problem with a received product. And they do not return message left on that line. I had to call & select "new sales" to talk to a human being. Overall, I am definitely NOT SATISFIED. This will be my first and last clearance club purchase. |

These guys are fine about taking your money and shipping out product, just don't have any problems because they are impossible to work with if you do. They have strict return and exchange policies and will hide behind their web site resulting in no live person to help you. They don't want to talk with you unless you are buying something. Very bad experience and would not purchase from them in the future. They are as bad as the worst NY gray market retailer. Be warned!
