Called to buy a laptop. System puts me on hold alerting me that "there are zero calls ahead of yours." Expect someone to pick up in a minute or two, right? Nope! Finally hang up after numerous repeats of "zero calls ahead and "thanks for calling, we know you have a choice" (which I'm exercising now). I'm no psychic, but I can tell when there are too few people, inattentive supervision, or a malfunctioning phone system that doesnt show callers waiting, no blinking light, etc.
